Single long bed in clean and creative room. Walking distance to beach, clubs, and local buses and trains. It's a very safe area, with a bike path that takes you to Wollongong.

The space
This room is perfect for the traveler or student, who needs a quick night to stay, the bed is new and very comfortable with new sheets and pillows. We are 5 minutes walk to the Train station, 2 min walk to the beach with great surf most of the time.

Other things to note
There is a wonderful bike trail that will take you to down town Wollongong or all the way along the ocean to other beaches going North.

Newly completed apartment minutes walk to the local shops, few minutes drive to Nowra CBD and 20 to 30 minute drive Jervis Bay beaches, Berry and Kangarroo Valley and other tourist destinations. Can sleep up to 7 occupants plus an infant. Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Please note - bed linen and all towels is $15 extra per occupant. 2 toilet rolls and quilts, blankets and pillows are provided on the premises.

There is no Wifi at the property.

This eco friendly studio space in Kioloa is the closest private accommodation to Pretty Beach, with Murramarang National Park as your next-door neighbour! This is the last house on the street before the national park. Only minutes to Pretty Beach, Merry Beach, and Kioloa Beach. The studio is perfect for couples as a cosy retreat from the city. Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.

A small intimate studio for couples, includes a firepit and backyard with newly established gardens.
The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hotplate, pots and pans, toaster, kettle, microwave and small fridge. You have access to the BBQ too. There is a firepit that can be arranged for use (just message and it can be set up for you).

You’ll be staying at a cozy cottage set in a lovely bush setting so close to the beach that you can hear the waves crash as you drift off to sleep at night. Brushed with a classic beach house style maybe you’ll sip a cool drink on the front deck chairs whilst listening to the waves crash in the distance or enjoy a wine on the back deck under the cool shade of the trees. With three bedrooms with bi-fold doors that open onto the front deck, you can even enjoy beautiful sea breezes whilst in the bedrooms.

When you do come inside your only difficulty will be deciding how to relax. Maybe kick back on the couch and enjoy a DVD or book or reconnect the family over a well-contested board game. Whilst the kids and dog play you can be busy uploading your amazing holiday photos using the complimentary unlimited wifi.

On the back deck, the chef of the family can show off their culinary skills on the 4 burner BBQ before the family gathers around to laugh, tell tales and enjoy a memorable feast.

We are located 12minutes from the heart of the Nowra CBD and are a short distance from many of the must-see sites of the Shoalhaven: Cambewarra Estate Winery 2mins, Shoalhaven River 10mins, Cambewarra Mountain Lookout 14mins, Berry 18mins, Kangaroo Valley 21mins, Jervis Bay 40mins (all times measured by G Maps).

The space
The space is suitable for both long and short term stays. If you are looking for a long term stay, particularly for work or uni placements, please message/ make an enquiry even if the dates are not listed as available. I am very happy to negotiate the price for LONG TERM stays, 7 nights or longer (min $89 per night/1 guest). No house keeping provided for stays but spare linen (extra sheets and towels provided and washing machine).
