Simple things like having oil and spices for cooking, cereal and milk if you want a snack, premium body wash, sony tv, modern bathroom, beautiful fireplace and heating. the grounds of the property are equally impressive. They are well manicured with the robot lawnmower doing it's job and local kangaroos visit in the afternoon. The trip into twon is an easy 8 min drive and there are plenty of great cafes and restaurants. And the owner Nick is so easy to deal with. We had to move our stay forward a day due to family commitments and he was so accommodating. For couples and families I cant think of a better place to stay for a weekend. For us it was absolutely perfect."

Springview Retreat is in a class of its own. Situated on a 15 acre property that used to be part of a much larger dairy farm. The original "Springview" farm house is about 100 meters from the cottage. Its 10 minutes from the quaint town of Berry or the beaches of Gerringong and Gerroa. The cabin is a perfect getaway for couples. We have been operating for over ten years now and many couples return to the cabin because of the beauty and privacy the property offers. At 'Longreach' you can walk, fish and swim. You can relax and watch the cows and horses graze on the river flats or you can do all of that and take some time to explore the beautiful surrounds of the south coast. Kangaroo Valley, Berry and Jervis Bay are all short drives away. Reverse cycle air conditioning for your absolute comfort.

If you choose to you can really escape and socialise with nothing but kangaroos and wombats, 'Longreach' offers complete privacy.

Tems and Conditions

Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy unless prior arrangements have been made with owners. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.

The owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and must be reported.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

Linen is supplied.

Pets are not allowed

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

FIRST MORNING BREAKFAST INCLUDED
We provide extensive self prepare breakfast makings for your first morning including fresh eggs from our "girls", bacon, fresh bread from Berry, milk/tea/coffee (inc. capsule machine), fruit and cereals. Guests staying for two or more nights are welcome to collect their own eggs from the chicken coop for their second mornings breakfast.

Broughton Studio has recently re-opened after a face lift to include a new kitchenette and fully equipped laundry. The Studio is wholly contained within a converted farm machinery shed, is free standing and completely private, set back some 50 meters from the main house behind trees and shrubs. It’s an easy 5 minute, 5klm drive on sealed road to the boutique shops and trendy cafes & restaurants of the historic village of Berry and less than a 15 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach where you may well be the only visitor. Kiama and Kangaroo Valley are 25 & 30 minutes drive away. Our recommended restaurants/cafe/shops/wineries/walks are noted in a welcome book on the desk however we are always happy to assist with a verbal chat.
The attached photos are taken by the owners and accurately depict the properties superb grounds where guests are encouraged to stroll and make themselves at home, perhaps visit the chickens ? Feel free to help yourself to the citrus trees when in season.
Unfortunately being on a small farm, dogs and pets can’t be contained and with two unfenced dams, we can’t accommodate small children.
Our primary focus is on PRIVACY and and guests can be assured that while in residence, (apart from native wildlife), no person will walk or drive past the Studio. It is also likely that we won’t meet however we are just a text or call away if help with anything is needed.
Access to the Studio is via a private 50mtr driveway for exclusive use of guests where easy parking is available just a few meters from the front door.

THE STUDIO

The Studio comprises a very spacious 60m2 fully insulated room with new kitchenette with 4 ring electric cook top, microwave, refrigerator, exhaust hood & sink. All the usual cooking utensils, crockery/cutlery etc. are provided. It has a queen size bed with best quality linen . This main room is connected via the laundry to a modern bathroom with a walk in shower (no bath), heated towel rails, wall heater, quality Sukin shampoo, conditioner & body wash plus soft fluffy towels are supplied. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, tub & ironing facilities (of course an iron is provided).

HEATING/COOLING

An efficient air-conditioner provides both cooling and warmth however during the cooler months, a SLOW COMBUSTION FIRE is set and ready to light together with plenty of back up timber. This is provided from 1st May until 30th September. There is also a ceiling fan..

We have had many overseas guests and others from NSW, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.
The most outstanding part has been how really nice our guests have been. We have enjoyed their company and shared many good times.
The Stables was one of the cottages in the Good Weekend's 52 Weekends and has received rave reviews from our guests.

Welcome to the Stables. Rest and relax in a beautiful rural setting. The Stables offer two self-contained bedrooms, one ensuite and a bathroom, with a full kitchen and room to move.
The Stables warn for children that the Stables is located close by a dam. Please check the photographs.
Enjoy your own private dam and all the wild life which goes with it.
The cottage is located on the site of some old stables so with the best of imagination it is called "The Stables."
The Stables are self catering. There are enough provisions to get you through breakfast and some light foods in the pantry, the rest is up to you. The North Nowra shopping centre/tavern is located about 10 kilometres away.
There is a secure dog kennel, bring your own lock, next to The Stables so if you need to leave your pet for a while it will be secure.
We no longer take bookings for one night as it is a waste of our guests money. The Stables is designed and operated for guests who want to come here and relax and you can't unwind in one night. We do not have a high or low season rate. Our rates are the same all year round.

Your own relaxing romantic tree change at a fraction of the cost

The Stables is located amongst the trees with a large grassy area and farm dam in front of the cottage. It is located 375 metres off Illaroo Road so you enjoy the birds, the bush, wombats and your own tree change.

Sit in the sun and relax. From here you look out over the dam. You can see the bird life, listen to the frogs and see if you can spot the resident tortoise and the occasional echindna. In the evening you can watch the wombats and as the sun goes down you will be amazed by the chorus of the water life in the dam.

In winter light the slow combustion wood heater, snuggle into the lounge and enjoy. You don't even have to cut the firewood.

The showers do not have water saving heads so you will get plenty of water. However, the showers do have a six minute timer on them. After all, the water comes from a tank.

Enjoy the comlimentary homemade bread, wine and cheese on arrival. Try the new coffee machine.

The kitchen comes fully equipped including a pantry with enough supplies to get you through breakfast and a bit more.
There is a small "use and replace" wine cellar in the kitchen. You are welcome to the wine on the proviso that you replace the wine you drink with that of an equivalent quality.
There is a coffee making machine (coffee beans are supplied), a slow cooker, a rice cooker and enough for you to enjoy your meals.
We have a range of Earl Grey teas and coffee beans.
There are good quality sheets and pillow cases supplied. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave oven and a fridge. There is also a small bbq. Water comes from a rainwater tank so there are no nasty chemicals
Tapitallee is located southwest of Berry and just over the hill southeast of Kangaroo Valley. It is a beautiful area with many attractions such a wineries, ceramics, orchids, bonsai, slab timbers, Bundanon and Riversdale.
Our main attraction is people come to the Stables to relax. In many cases they they just sit in the sun, read, sleep, go for walks, look for the bird life although there a many close by attractions. The Boyd homestead is also open on Saturday and Sunday. It is also worth the trip to the Cambewarra Lookout for breakfast or for my favourite, the curly fries. And if you really want the best of the best go to Flame in North Nowra and ask for their garlic prawns and bread to mop up the sauce. The prawns are not on the menu so you have to ask for them. If you are really hungry try their pork ribs which are to die for plus the Greek salad and pizza. To be really decadent try their pizzas as well. I’m not on commission but these young people are tops. If you are into the best fish and chips, actual awards, go to the Pelican Rocks at Greenwell Point, breakfast and lunch only. How about high tea at Cambewarra Estate? Other than the lookout you will need to book ahead. With Flame you will need to order the ribs and prawns.

Fairmont Cottage is located in Woodhill, just 20 miles from Fitzroy Falls and 27 miles from Belmore Falls. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Traditional style 2 bedroom cottage with expansive rural views. Fully air conditioned, fireplace, private gazebo for guest exclusive use, all linen provided. We are only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Berry. Come for a real rural and farm experience, enjoy the outside fire pit and bbq, help us feed the cattle and horses and even come for a ride in the horse drawn cart. The best of a very quiet weekend on the farm with close access to the shops and cafes of Berry. This is great for the kids or for that romantic time away, or even the girls weekend away.

Our cottages are pet friendly and pets can roam the large fenced gardens, enjoy the w alking trails and rocky river - a perfect restful retreat or a romantic getaway.

The stone cottage is the original cottage at Bemboka River Cottages and was built out of timber from the property and large stones from the river. The cottage stays pleasantly cool in summer and the log fire keeps it cosy in winter.

The cottage sits high on the hill overlooking farming paddocks.

Please note our home is also on the property along with our 2 very friendly dogs.

Bemboka River Cottages is a mixture of cleared paddocks and natural bushland to be explored. There are fire trails and bush walks that continue along the mountain ridge to Bemboka Ridge one way and to the Walls in the other direction. Native flora and fauna are in abundance. The elusive lyrebird, lace monitors, wombats, bower birds building nests, echidnas and of course a variety of parrots and other birds.

At the front of the property is the Bemboka River with a large swimming hole and waterfall to explore. Take a walk along the road to Happy Valley and enjoy the beauty and peace of the local countryside with many opportunities for photographs. At night you can go spotlighting and see owls, wombats and possums or just soak up the beauty of the night sky.

A nature and bird-lovers paradise with bush trails for nature walks and a natural swimming hole in the river to explore. Enjoy spectacular views, a variety of birdlife, echidnas, wombats, farm animals and large shady fenced gardens for the discerning pet. Cycling, walking, relaxing.
Short 30 minute drive to pristine beaches, fishing, cafes and shops and galleries.

Locally, on the Sapphire coast, there is swimming, fishing, horse riding, canoeing, grape and fruit wineries, art galleries and craft studios, the famous Bega Cheese Factory, Bemboka Pie shop, Tathra Wharf, Candelo markets and of course whales in season. Our beaches are pristine and uncrowded and there are many leash free beach areas for pets.

Local Attractions

Trail and bush walks, cycling, stunning rural views, National Parks, Beaches, Swimming,Brogo Dam (canoeing),Weekend Markets, Crafts and Local Produce. Tathra and Merimbula beaches close drive.

A visit to the historic wharf at Tathra is a must to enjoy the beauty of the beach and the cuisine of the area. A visit to the Bega Cheese Factory is also a must. Watch cheese being made, visit the museum, café, local craft gift shop and sample the cheeses. There are local fruit and grape wineries to visit, plus local markets each weekend, the most popular of all being the Candelo Markets, which are on the first Sunday of the month.

Three quarters of the Sapphire Coast is either pristine Wilderness, National Park or State Forests. You can visit magnificent deserted beaches, sample freshly caught fish at Bermagui and Eden, visit the historical villages of Pambula and Cobargo and their numerous art and craft galleries, take a whale watching cruise (Sept to Nov), go big game fishing, take in a round of golf at one of the many local golf courses or take a joy flight and see how beautiful it all is from the air.

WATERSHED Robertson is a brand new chic shed conversion farmstay, located on a family property on the edge of Robertson village.

This was a machinery shed that has been completely modernised and fully insulated and fitted with double glazed windows. Total of 90sqm inside.

Downstairs consists of a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a weekend or a week long stay. Pantry is well stocked including pasta and sauces to always be sure you'll eat, no matter what time your arrival.
There is a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer.

The breakfast bar offers an informal dining option.

The shed is heated by slow combustion wood fire and there is an endless supply of wood and kindling to keep you going throughout your stay. Get comfy by the fire.
We have a smart TV so you can watch the free to air channels (because of trees we sometimes have difficulty getting C7) plus allowing you to watch your netflix account. There is a small bose blue tooth speaker as well as a dvd player.

Yes there is free WiFi.

Also downstairs is the feather filled sofa bed to sleep 2 adults.

The dining table sits by the window allowing views outside. There are 4 dining chairs but extra dining chairs can easily be pulled in from the outside table.

The bathroom is downstairs and has a large semi open shower. We supply turkish towels. Under the sink you will find basic toiletries in case you get caught out having forgotten something. The washing machine is in the bathroom and the clothes dryer is outside in the wood shed. There are also airing racks in the outside storage area.

Under the stairs we have our 'Harry Potter' cupboard where you will find an iron and mini ironing board and tool kit.

Upstairs to the sleeping zone, we have a kingsize bed and 2 singles - all with electric blankets and feather donnas. All beds upstairs will be made up with fresh linen. We can squeeze in an extra single bed up there on request.

The sleeping loft has an open balcony to the downstairs. There is a safety rail but if you have a climbing child you will need to be very careful.

There are extra blankets should you need them.

There are a couple of alpacas and sheep on the property. As well as 2 friendly dogs who will want to visit and say hello - and plenty of free ranging chickens (who will likely also visit you) - guaranteeing you the freshest eggs for breakfast. And occasionally you might find a horse staying with us too.

The main house is 80+ metres away from your accomodation, ensuring you total privacy for the duration of your stay. The main house was one of the original homes in Robertson, built in 1888, and was then part of a 300 acre dairy farm. Today the farmhouse stands on 5 acres and is undergoing a reno May/Jun/July 2022. Nothing major but midweek bookings may hear some noise

Outside there is a table with 8 chairs, bbq and fire pit (assuming no fire ban) for those relaxing evenings star gazing.

We are a 2 minute drive into Robertson and ideally located for Burrawang (5 min), Carrington Falls (12 mins), Bowral (20 mins), Moss Vale (15 mins). Also Kiama is within 30 mins driving time.

Bring your beach towels for water dips at Carrington or beach days at Kiama.

Robertson is a beautiful part of the world, with green rolling hills. We have high rainfall and can grow just about anything here!
The village has everything you need, great cafes, pub, pizza restaurant, fuel, bakery, general store. We also have 'The Big Potato'. The movie 'Babe' was filmed in Robertson and surrounding areas.

We have a 2 night minimum booking but will consider 1 night bookings during the week or at weekends when the abut an existing booking. Price will be $450 plus Stayz fees for 1 night. Please message to discuss. We request 3 nights for public holiday/long weekend bookings and 4 nights at Easter.

Connoisseur's Cottage
The Connoisseur "Sandstone" Cottage is a love affair between the Arts and English heritage. The dwelling features an indoor wood fire place, master bedroom, shower amenities, indoor plus outdoor dining, veranda with a garden patch that have various herbs such parsley, coriander, mint, and thyme. In addition to the above luxury amenities the stay included an outdoor wood fire "sandstone" oven.

As my wife and I sat outdoors during breakfast we can we see the transition from the dwelling to the lake and were taken away by the hills in the backdrop. There afterwards, we played a sporting game of tennis then took a wonder around the garden and the lake. Later the evening we would relax by the indoor pool, which can be used throughout the year. In addition to the above, we learnt the site will feature a playground for Croquet, which is a gentleman's/woman's game.

The Garden Spa is also within proximity via vehicle to Queen Street in Berry, which has diverse restaurants and cafes plus much needed body message services in the area. Berry has a local history of both English convicts and Aboriginal settlement so check out the local museum (Free entry).

My wife and I travel quite a lot and we rarely give 5/5 but this place is an exception. Overall, we loved it and look forward to coming back!

Situated two minutes off the Princes Highway (half way between Nowra to the north, and the charming village of Milton to the south) and convenient to many of the Jervis Bay region's most beautiful beaches. Finchley B&B offers guests an acre of fully fenced, secure, lightly treed rural land with delightful views, sometimes including wallabies and kangaroos nextdoor (sunrise and sunset), or our neighbours' horses and cattle grazing nearby.

We also have a dog-proof fenced yard connected to the rear of the cottage.

The Shoalhaven region has become famous for many quality wineries, some with their own restaurants, and some offering music events, local exhibitions etc, as well as many quality restaurants and cafes including the world renowned Rick Stein's at Bannisters, in Mollymook, and multi award winning Pelican Rocks seafood restaurant/cafe at Greenwell Point (very dog friendly) - plus weekend markets, galleries and museums.

We are conveniently situated within 20-30 minutes' driving distance of many beautiful Shoalhaven/Jervis Bay beaches, National Parks and bushwalking trails, waterfalls and lookouts. The Shoalhaven and Jervis Bay coast offers many popular fishing or snorkling spots, surfing beaches and bays (many, dog-friendly), walking trails, dolphin- and whale-watching cruises and more. You are also within a very pleasant day's outing through Kangaroo Valley to the Southern Highlands area behind us.

The cottage features some original works by a local artist, showing Jervis Bay beaches in their glorious colours, and these, together with beach bags with a choice of three of these views, are available to purchase as a souvenir of your visit, or perhaps a gift.

WANDANDIAN:
Located at the centre of the Shoalhaven, Wandandian village was first established as a postal district in 1860, and has a rich history, including being on the Wool Road which originally ran from Braidwood down to Jervis Bay where the wool was loaded onto ships for export. The village takes its name from the Wandandian people, the traditional owners of much of the region. The Aboriginal meaning of 'Wandandian' (originally Wandrawandian) is 'home of lost lovers'.

Your accommodation

The main cottage sleeps comfortably 4 or 5 (including a fold-out double sofa-bed available for an extra guest).

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, built-in robe, electric blankets in winter, column heater, pedestal fan in summer, bedside tables, lamps.
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed comprising double below and single above, electric blankets in winter, bedside tables/drawers, lamps, and hanging space.
Living area: two sofas plus cane chairs, TV, DVD player, R/C air conditioner, well stocked library and DVD selection, and board games. We also provide a few toys/games and books for children, and some child-proof latches for kitchen drawers-cupboards to protect toddlers.
Dining area: comprises table seating for four and two bar stools at servery bench. Kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, bench-top hotplates, sandwich toaster, toaster, electric frypan, and pantry well stocked with many useful items such as sauces, oils, toast toppers, a selection of teas and coffees, including plunger, and a Caffitaly coffee pod machine (with pods).
Bathroom: walk-in shower, vanity unit, emergency supplies such as spare toothbrushes, soaps, band-aids, shampoo and conditioner. (NOTE: baby bath available on request), separate toilet with hand-basin and a tub with spray head for washing your (small) dog or doing some hand-washing of clothes. Note: Use of our washing machine and tumble dryer, situated in our private residence, by negotiation for longer stays.
Breakfast ingredients supplied include coffee, tea, milk, cereals, bread, butter, jams, fruit juice, fresh fruit. There is also a six seater outdoor table and benches on the verandah for dining al fresco, a BBQ, and outdoor seating. (An additional inter-connecting QS bedded room and full bathroom in our smaller unit can also be made available for larger groups, subject to availability. It is also available to be booked as a separate listing on this site (refer "Little Finchley", property ID ref 9201723).

All linen and towels are included, plus spare towels and tea towels.

For take-away or home delivery 7 days a week in summer, 5, off season, there is a handy little place just ten minutes away by car, or $9 extra to deliver to the door.

Tariffs: please refer to booking calendars for individual daily rates throughout the year, price is based on one or two guests. Additional guests and the second unit incur an additional fee.

Dog Friendly Policy: Well behaved, house-trained dogs over 6 months of age are welcome by negotiation. Please clean up after your pets, (tools and bags provided) and do not leave pets unsupervised or indoors except by prior negotiation. Please do not permit dogs to take bones or greasy items indoors or onto any furniture inside or out.

This is a non-smoking establishment. Any smokers are requested to smoke away from the accommodation and not drop matches or cigarette butts in the garden (ash tray provided on verandah).

If using our fire pit, we ask that you use it responsibly, leave no rubbish lying around, and ensure it is properly doused afterwards, and that children are totally supervised in that area.

Please never allow young children to use the swings unsupervised. While the swings are very secure and sturdy, they are also heavy.

This area is serviced by self monitoring bio-septic systems, and so the outlet sprays will trigger spontaneously. Please do not allow children to run around under the sprays: this water is not suitable for drinking or playing in.

Mogendoura Farm is a picturesque 220 acre property including wetlands, 2km river frontage and your own private sandy beach. Wake to the sound of the bushland whilst overlooking the beautiful Moruya River, the same river that will take you direct to the ocean, beautiful beaches, deep sea fishing and whale watching.

Only two hours from Canberra, four from Sydney and a short 10 minutes from the rural south coast town of Moruya and Sapphire Coast beaches. Historic Mogo township is a short drive, as well as Mogo zoo and if it's deep sea fishing you want get them to pick you up from the farm's river beach and head straight out to sea.

Mogendoura cottages

The Mogendoura cottages are three self-catered, top quality, brick cottages set well away from Mogendoura farmhouse with a large outdoor undercover dining BBQ area, perfect for larger groups. Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. Its current owners have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds.

The space:
The cottage is a private, self-contained hideaway set on two acres beside the creek and separated from the main house by a grassy field, hill and tree cover. The cottage features a highly functional kitchen with a four burner stove, microwave, tea and coffee provisions including a Nespresso machine, as well as a small kitchen table and chairs. The cottage has been restored to reflect the local flora and fauna. Guests will enjoy a welcome breakfast basket delivery with fresh eggs from the free range chickens on site, a range of preserves, granola, fresh fruit and yoghurt, and a choice of bread. Afternoon arrivals will be welcomed with homemade treats.. The mezzanine bedroom with railed galley stairs is a cosy and comfortable sleeping space, while the sitting area beneath is the perfect place to relax and unwind with a book or one of the movies or board games provided. The front deck is the perfect place to enjoy the morning sun and the beautiful rainforest surrounds with the sound of the Minnamurra river and the birdlife, There is an outdoor setting and Weber barbeque at guests' disposal. The cottage has effective heating and cooling options for cool and warm days. Please note the wood burning stove is not up to current safety standards therefore not usable, but the cottage is lovely and warm with an effective electric heater and electric blankets for winter . It has a lovely cosy feel.

Please note the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by the railed galley steps which are steep. Lola, our dog and several chickens are on the property.

Our little cottage just keeps getting better and better. In addition to the covered parking, the shower has had a make-over and the internet has arrived. So, apart from the fully equipped kitchen and laundry, inverter type heating / cooling, all linen and towels and smart TV, you can now access the internet. Watching the antics of the family of Kookaburras as they lord it over the parrots and Bronze Wing pigeons provides plenty of entertainment. While you are using the webber on the front verandah keep an eye out for the nocturnal Bandicoots who have arrived this year . We also have a pizza oven and fire pit in the back yard.

We can see St. George's Basin through the trees and it’s a short drive to Jervis Bay. We back onto to Booderee National Park with its flowers and walks. There is a boat ramp within 1 kilometre . The local shop and cafe are convenient and it’s about 8 km to the brand new shopping centre in Vincentia.

The possibilities are endless whether it is walking, swimming, paddling, cycling, reading or just ‘vegging’ out ‘the cottage’ has it covered.

Mogendoura Farm is a picturesque 220 acre property including wetlands, 2km river frontage and your own private sandy beach. Under 3 hours out of Sydney, this cosy cottage is situated on a working wild flower farm in Conjola. There are magnificent views across rolling paddocks towards the escarpment of Morton National Park. Just 15 minutes from historic Milton where there are great cafes, restaurants and shopping. Inside the cottage it’s clean and comfortable with everything you need to relax and wind down.

The space
The character-filled cottage is mostly open plan with one bedroom. You will have the entire cottage to yourself. The kitchen is fully functional, it has an electric upright stove, microwave, kettle and fridge with all kitchen utensils. Tea and coffee are provided. The house is filled with books and DVDs. There's even a record player!
The bathroom is complete with shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. Plus, there's an iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
There is one private bedroom with a double bed and 3 single beds in the open plan part of the cottage. While it is private, there are views from every part of the cottage.
There is a dining table in front of the fireplace and a couch and daybed in front of the TV.
The veranda sweeps around the back of the cottage where the astounding view is. There's a rocking chair awaiting you where you can rock back and forth while watching the western sun setting over the escarpment. Our home is visible from the cottage but you have complete privacy with your own private outlook.
The farm has 22 acres that you’re free to walk around through the old growth forest and amongst the flower beds.

Cool, very spacious and super relaxed retro style cottage. Filled with travel treasures mixed with funky and functional retro stuff. A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

The space
The cottage is perfect for a couple. Surrounded by lush greenery, it’s a real hidden gem. It has a warm, comfortable, quirky, lived-in feel. Nothing's precious. Everything is to be used and enjoyed. It's a bit arty, and a bit hippy and David’s passion for gardening is obvious.
Behind the Cottage is a detached separate studio apartment, which at times may be occupied. It has it's own entrance and entrance path. The Cottage has a lovely tropical front garden and a large undercover front deck, which are exclusively for the use of the cottage. The deck has a wonderful comfortable daybed and gets gorgeous morning sun and great afternoon shade from the summer heat.
The garden behind the cottage is for the use of the studio apartment there. It is completely separate.

The Pink Shack is located in the beautiful town of Callala Bay, that is located within Jervis Bay. Famous for its turquoise water and white sandy beaches.

The Pink Beach Shack, is a 2 bed room Shack celebrating the nostalgic 1950's beach shacks of the South Coast.

The Pink Shack is a corner block, with the boat ramp at the end of one street, and a rock pool at the end of the other street. Walking distance to the white sands of both Callala Bay and Callala Beach.

There is also no TV, just the sound of the birds to keep you company.

Guests will be sent access details and directions by email 2 days before arrival. General Information
Latitude South Coast General property tenancy information is as follows:
All guests must abide by the N S W Short Term Rental Code of Conduct and the ‘Good Neighbour Policy’, detail of the code of conduct can be found on the New South Wales Fair Trading website.
Property must only accommodate overnight the guest’s numbers booked and paid for on your reservation.
Request for additional guests requires a written request prior to stay.
Approval of additional guests is subject to property owner’s approval.
The property booked must not be used for Weddings, bucks parties, hens parties, 18th or 21st birthdays, strictly no schoolies groups, functions or commercial activities. The properties are booked to you for the purpose of a holiday accommodation.
Request for above mentioned activities requires written request prior to stay.
Approval for above mentioned activities is subject to property owner’s approval.
Pets are not permitted unless permission has been previously granted. Where permission has been granted specific details will be noted in your booking. You are liable for any damage caused by your pets.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside a property.
Guest Cancellation Policy – Deposits are only refundable if the property can be re-booked for the cancelled dates (pro rata if applicable). An Administration charge of $ 1 5 0 . 0 0 to re-advertise the property may apply. Cancellations within 30 days of the stay are completely non-refundable. Guest credit for booking amount will be issued if booking is cancelled with greater than 30 Days to Stay.
Structures are not to be erected or occupied at the property at any time including Caravans, Tents, camper trailers and inflatable pools.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests under 21 years of age are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
A service fee applies to payments.
Any issues encountered before, during or after the stay must be conveyed to Latitude South Coast team on the number provided or the host on the number provided to you, so that we can attempt to correct the issue promptly. No compensation will be considered unless we have been informed during the stay and allowed the opportunity to remedy the issue. Compensation or refunds will not be issued for matters or broken down appliances out of our control. Our team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Bookings & Check in details
Latitude South Coast require the following booking details:
Guest registration is required for all bookings. The registration process requires a copy of a driver’s licence and credit card. These are held by the system securely for 14 days after the departure date. All adults staying at a property may be required to register with a name and contact number.
Check in is 3pm. Check out is 10am
Early check in or late check times may be possible but are not guaranteed.
Unauthorised early check in or late check out may be charged at a minimum of $ 5 0 per hour.
Changes to Booking
The tariff is for the agreed number of guests detailed on our confirmation email. If there is a change or discrepancy, you must contact us to make changes and ensure that changes are documented. If the property has an extra guest charge above a certain number, you will be required to pay the additional fee.
Paying a deposit reserves a specific property for specific dates. The dates and the property cannot be changed by the guest, and we cannot transfer bookings between properties, doing so would effectively cancel the original reservation and cancellation terms will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made by guest:
For bookings made and cancelled within 30 days to the arrival date, the deposit is not refundable.
For bookings made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date and cancelled within 30 days of arrival the full tariff is not refundable.
Upon request, we will re-advertise a property to re-book it. An administration fee of $ 1 5 0 is payable prior to the property being re-advertised. Any refund will be provided pro rata unless the property is re-booked for all the dates of the original booking.
Cancellation due to government restrictions on travel
In the event of a forced cancellation due to government restrictions on travel, guests will be offered a postponement of their booking. Prices are seasonal and subject to inflation and change, therefore an additional payment may be required to secure the same property for future dates. A credit voucher to the value of the original booking will be issued. This will be valid for 24 months from the issue date. The original deposit will be held in trust and credited to the new booking. There are no refunds in these circumstances unless genuine hardship can be proven.
Cancellation due to non-payment by the due date
Cancellation of the arrangement due to non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in the loss of all monies paid.
Travel insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to take out travel insurance to cover extraordinary events.
Payments and Charges
Processing a booking via the Latitude South Coast website, the following payment conditions apply, for other booking sites please see their payment terms.
Deposit is due at the time of the booking.
Outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. You will be sent a reminder email prior to this date. Payment will be taken on the balance due date from the card provided at time of booking and held on file.
Payments are to be made by credit card (a service fee may apply). Bookings will be cancelled if a payment is not received in accordance with the above terms. Any service fee is non-refundable.
Latitude South Coast will securely save credit card details from the booking request for the purpose of processing payments on the due date.
Latitude South Coast will charge securely save credit card in the event of the following:
Supply of duplicate keys or re-entry/re-keying and call out fee ( $ 1 2 0 per call out).
A representative of Latitude South Coast attends to the property to investigate an issue that is then deemed to be caused by the guest ( $ 1 2 0 per call out).
A tradesperson attends the property to fix an issue that is deemed to be caused by the guest (invoiced cost).
A Security Company call out fee should there be a credible noise complaint by the neighbours and/or the police/security are called to the property ( $ 4 5 0 per offence).
A Party or function Charge if Latitude South Coast become aware of or if there is evidence of unauthorised event at the property ( $ 1 2 0 0 per offence).
Charging the cost to repair or replace any malicious, deliberate or negligent damage to the property.
Charging the cost to steam clean carpets, furnishings, linens etc. if pets are at a non-pet friendly property, pets have been allowed on furniture or in/on beds, or there is evidence of smoking inside the property.
Charge applicable surcharges if pets are at a property without prior consent.
Barbeque cleaning charge of $ 5 0 if the bbq is not cleaned thoroughly by the guest prior to departure.
Removal of excess rubbish and/or if the bins were not put out on the bin night, including departure day.
Charging any pay per view program that has not been paid for by the guest in advance
Damage caused by vehicles not parked/driving in/on designated locations will be quoted for repair and charged to securely save credit , this includes but not limited to:
Motorbikes
Dirt bikes
quad bikes
Following recreational activities under no circumstances are permitted: motorbikes; dirt bikes; quad bikes; use of firearms; air rifles; fireworks, or any fire related activities other than those that are fixtures at the property. A $ 1 0 0 0 fine plus costs of repairs quoted in accordance with para 11. l
Latitude South Coast will only charge the guests card in accordance with our terms and conditions and any applicable Australian Laws. All charges will be subject to a service fee and an administration fee.
Pets
Latitude South Coast encourages you to bring one well behaved dog to our ‘pet-friendly’ properties. Guest are required to inform Latitude South Coast at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog with you.
Cats, birds, reptiles and other pets are strictly not permitted at any properties managed by Latitude South Coast.
Not all properties are ‘pet-friendly’, please read the property descriptions carefully before proceeding with a booking.
If evidence of a pet is discovered at a ‘non pet-friendly’ guests will forfeit their full bond to cover items including carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, flea treatment
If your approved pet is holidaying with you, Latitude South Coast expect the following simple rules of courtesy be undertaken:
Pet bedding must be supplied by guest.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture including but not limited to beds and lounges, outdoor lounges.
You agree any damage, or extra cleaning required resulting from the pet having stayed will be charged to you.
Pets restricted to hard floor areas where possible.
All pet faeces must be collected, bagged and placed in outside bins prior to departure. Charges will apply if a contractor is required to clean up after your pet
Latitude South Coast properties are located in a tick prone location so please ensure you protect your pets prior to arrival to prevent costly vet bills if your pet gets a tick while on holidays.
Criminal Activity
Criminal activity is prohibited at any property managed by Latitude South Coast, undertaking criminal activity may result in fines or prosecutions. Latitude South Coast will refer any suspected criminal activity to NSW Police and cooperate with any investigation conducted by NSW Police into alleged criminal activity at a property managed by Latitude South Coast.
Removal of Consumable Items/Property from residence
Latitude South Coast stock properties with high quality consumable and bathroom products for your use and convenience while you are staying with us. We use refillable bottles so as not to create a large amount of plastic waste. Removal of consumable items/property from residence upon your departure will result in you being charged for replacement consumables and bathroom products. Latitude South Coast will charge replacement costs to the credit card saved in your booking.
Wildlife
Our properties are maintained, cleaned and inspected prior to every arrival, however, wildlife is common in the country and coastal areas. Latitude South Coast and/or the owner do not accept liability, nor will any compensation be offered for the unfortunate or seasonal visits of any wildlife including, but not limited to, kangaroos, wombats, snakes, rodents, insects, cockroaches, etc.
Property Inspection
Latitude South Coast and/or its representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time, without notice, to protect and/or undertake maintenance of the property. We will provide notice to the guests wherever possible.
Equipment failure or service outages
Latitude South Coast and/or the owner do not accept liability or loss caused by failure of equipment and/or services out of our control, including, but not limited to, water, electricity, gas and internet. In the event of a failure, the guest must notify Latitude South Coast immediately, Any problems that arise during your stay that do not constitute an emergency as determined by Latitude South Coast, will be remedied at any time during or after the rental period, at the sole discretion of Latitude South Coast. Refunds or compensation will not be given for Equipment failure or service outages outside of our control.
Property Security
The following is the property security requirement during your stay:
Property must be secured during your stay whenever left unattended.
Upon departure property must have all doors and windows secured. In the event a door or window is unable to be secured you must contact Latitude South Coast immediately.
Keys must be secured in key safe upon departure
Guest property
Guests are solely responsible for their belongings whilst staying at the property and are required to take reasonable steps to prevent any property loss.
Property return policy
Personal property found post departure will be held by Latitude South Coast for 14 days
Lost items will be returned via Australia Post at guest’s expense once a guest has notified and claimed lost items.
Latitude South Coast may charge a minimum $ 2 5 handling fee to facilitate return of items.
14 Days after departure Latitude South Coast will dispose or donate items to Charity.
Internet & Pay for View
Properties that have Wi-Fi, Netflix, Foxtel or other streaming services which offer pay per purchase programs, purchased viewing must be paid for by the guest in advance. Latitude South Coast or the property owner are not responsible should any program be delayed, cancelled or the quality/performance is affected by the internet or Wi-Fi service.
Claims
In the event a claim is to be made against the saved credit card, Latitude South Coast may charge an $ 8 9 fee to cover administration, investigation and processing the claim.
Claims may include, but are not limited to, charges for: excess cleaning fee; damage or breakages; excess garbage removal; damage or issues caused by pets; pets at non-pet friendly properties; smoking inside the property; attendance by tradespeople or Latitude South Coast representatives; noise complaints; bbq’s left unclean; overstays at the property; guests in excess of those booked and paid for; police or security guard call outs; registration on/or reporting to exclusion registers; or any issue caused by the guest. Latitude South Coast reserves the right to attend N. C. A. T or the equivalent in other states to recover these costs, and any costs not able to be processed to the credit card on file.
Substitution of property
On occasions, situations arise where we have no control such as property ownership changes, extensive repairs or maintenance, or properties are removed from the holiday rental market. Latitude South Coast reserves the right to offer guests alternate accommodation of a similar standard, as available, at our discretion. If this unlikely event occurs, Latitude South Coast will notify you as soon as possible and make every reasonable effort to ensure you are satisfied. Alternate accommodation cannot be guaranteed, if alternate accommodation cannot be found Latitude South Coast will refund the full amount of your booking, you also agree to accept this as final resolution.
Electric Vehicle Charging
In Australia, it can cost anywhere from $ 0 . 3 0 – $ 0 . 6 0 per kWh to charge an electric vehicle (EV). This equates to around $ 1 1 . 5 0 – $ 2 3 to fully charge a small electric vehicle or about $ 2 2 . 5 0 – $ 4 5 to fully charge a larger long-distance electric vehicle. It is not an entitlement to utilise a holiday rental property to charge your vehicle and not the responsibility of the property owner to cover your cost. Guests found utilising the property to charge their personal vehicle will be charged a full recharge fee as detailed above for the car size per electric vehicle at the property.
Limited Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no case shall Latitude South Coast or the host, nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or property owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages or for any damages for death, personal or bodily injury, emotional distress or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with your stay. This limitation applies to all claims for damages including negligence even if Latitude South Coast or the host has been advised of the possibility of such.
Indemnity
Latitude South Coast and/or the property owner or host do not accept liability for any loss, before, during or after a booking relating to events out of our control such as delays whilst the guest is travelling to the property, flight delays, weather events during the stay etc. and no refund will be offered under these circumstances, you will agree to accept this as final resolution

Located overlooking the vineyard and bushland, and only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Bawley Point. The studio is perfectly situated to enjoy a private getaway accompanied by native and farm animals. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck, afternoons with a barbeque and the evenings around your own firepit. A bubble bath will be the perfect way to relax after a day at the beach.

The space
The Hermitage suite is a cottage on the Bawley Vale Estate. It has a open plan space including the bed, a bath, dining, kitchenette and lounge facilities. A seperate bathroom and dressing room adjoins the open space.

Guest access
Guests can access the area around the Hermitage suite, including the vineyard, orchard, lawns and dams.

Other things to note
The Hermitage Studio has a lounge and dining area , a comfortable king-size bed , a full separate bathroom and a dressing room. A huge bathtub adds ambiance. The kitchenette has a barfidge, airfryer, sink, toaster, electric jug, toaster oven, electric frypan and all glassware, crockery and cutlery. The Weber BBQ on the deck complements your cooking facilities.

Please note this property is on a farm and therefore relies on rainwater as, like the village of Bawley Point, we do not have access to a town water supply. Some bottled water will be supplied.

Large high windows let you sleep among the stars and gum trees. High quality professionally cleaned linen adds to your comfort and feeling of luxury.
The Hermitage Studio has a large deck and beautiful views over the vineyard and orchard. A bucket of animal food awaits for you to share with our menagerie of farm animals.
A board-walk joins the carpark area to accessable deck.

The hosts live on the 100 acre farm too and you may see them around as they check on the animals. They are contactable by phone in an emergency and only a minutes away. They will wave as they pass but will respect your privacy at all times.

Bawley Point is famous for its stunning beaches and walks. The village has an IGA, chemist, bakery, newsagency, liquor shop and a few coffee shops.

Our beach cottage sleeps six and features water glimpses from the front verandah and views of a pretty coastal rainforest escarpment from the back verandah.

From Surfside Beach you can walk north to explore the boardwalk at Cullendulla Nature Reserve or stroll south over the Bridge into Batemans Bay (30 minute flat walk).

The space
Our cottage has a coastal feel and is an authentic 1970’s beach house. This neat and tidy home has three bedrooms and one bathroom and would suit two couples or a small family. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds, Bedroom 3 has a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a gas BBQ on the verandah.

If you are looking for a relaxed, beach holiday in a quiet community five minutes from the bustle of Batemans Bay – our cottage will be perfect for you.

There are lots of DVDs, books and games, a pod chair, totem tennis, a picnic blanket, boogie boards, beach and camping chairs, and a beach umbrella for you to use. The landscaped yard features palms and is fully fenced.

Some of the local attractions also include whale watching, bush walking, wine tours, snorkelling, diving & a 25min drive to the iconic town of Berry. The cottage is quiet, cozy & a great getaway for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups & furry friends. Enjoy quiet nights in and cooking BBQ's on the large back deck.

The space
Seaside Cottage is set in a quiet location just 400m to the Bay and is a home away from home with a difference. The moment you walk through the door you will feel the wow factor this cottage has to offer and see the difference to the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is a gorgeous and cozy 2 storey timber cottage which has been styled tastefully throughout to enhance its seaside location, along with items collected from all over the world. Each room has been decorated in a gorgeous beach and boat theme, with an extra nice touch to create a warm and cozy yet still beachy and breezy ambiance, to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. You will have everything you need for a relaxing stay at Seaside Cottage with 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 2 upstairs), 2 living areas (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), kitchen, bathroom/laundry and outdoor pergola plus large fenced yard and plenty of parking. The Cottage is set up with the following:

Deck Hands Room - (upstairs) 2 x King Single beds
Chill Out Room - (upstairs) 2 x Day beds - which act as single beds only, bean bags and smart TV.

Seaside Cottage is a unique timber cottage where you will relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Jervis Bay. Chill out at night on the back pergola with cheese and wine whilst listening to the waves and enjoy a BBQ.
On the colder nights enjoy the heating from the split system air conditioning.
Feel free to bring your PlayStation and games as there is the perfect set up in the Chill Out room upstairs with comfy day beds and bean bags, or settle back relax and your favourite show on the smart TV.
Downstairs you will enjoy the open plan kitchen/living room with TV to watch all your favourite programmes. The living area opens to the covered pergola, which is a great place to enjoy the BBQ and beautiful summer nights.
All in all you will have a very enjoyable stay at Seaside Cottage :)

Guest access
During your stay you will have access to the entire house, front and back yard. There is a fully fenced yard perfect for the kids to run around in and perfect for your pets (outside only). The only area not accessible is the garage, although there is plenty of parking with a carport and long side drive to rear yard with plenty of space for your cars and boat.
