Two with Queen Beds and one with Twin Singles.
Guests have access to all other facilities in the house which include comfortable Lounge and Dining areas which are warmed by cosy wood fires in the wintry months and air conditioned in the summer.

During your stay
The Mill House is our place of residence, however we are happy to interact with Guests and we are pleased to socialise,share meals and advise on local attractions.
We share space with much loved Family pets,two whippets called Jinx and Zoe and a particularly docile Rag Doll cat named George .
We do not allow Guests to Cook and use the kitchen but John, in particular, loves to cook and entertain and given reasonable notice, meals can be provided at a Pub prices.
Abundant local produce from the area including prime Gippsland Beef and Lamb,lakes Entrance Seafood,seasonal vegetables from Boisdale and Lindenow,regional wine and locally produced cheeses are used exclusively.
Therese is an accomplished singer and songwriter and is sometimes encouraged to play her acoustic guitar and piano ..

A substantial Continental Breakfast is standard fare however a cooked gourmet breakfast can be prepared for you with prior arrangement with John or Therese.

Who doesn't love great food? Well, you will be spoiled for choice from Milk the Cow in Fitzroy St just around the corner from Wyndham Cottage to Claypots Seafood in Barkly St you will go past hundreds of fabulous places to eat, just jump on the number 16 tram and same on the way home. Time to get physical, then you can't beat the gorgeous Albert Park lake and golf course area, then there is the St Kilda foreshore paths or the St Kilda warm water sea baths, including the hydrotherapy spa and gym overlooking the bay. The only bad thing about visiting St Kilda is having to leave!

Melbourne's renowned tram network is linked around St Kilda in all directions. Walk to the nearest tram stop in only 1 minute!

Our place is great for enjoying laid back country life. You are also just 1.5km to Heritage Port Fairy town with shops, cafes, country pubs & safe beaches. The Stone Cottage can host 2 adults. We do stress that the Stone Cottage is located right at the front of the property on Princes Highway so you do get road noise from trucks but we have had many guests stay, love it & the price reflects this. The cottage is attached to our Country House but is independent.

The space
The Stone Cottage is located right at the front of the property so is on the Princes Highway so you do get noise from the trucks going through - so this is not a super quiet spot or for light sleepers! But we have had masses of guests who have been more than happy and the price reflects this. The space is all in one so the bedroom opens to the sitting area. We are set on 4 acres in amongst beautiful gardens and some paddocks out the back that you are free to look out to. All the accommodation we offer is independent so great for getting away and enjoying the country and beach.

Our cottage sits in the heart of Rutherglen's famous wine region, with period features and plenty of country charm. Relax by the fireplace, watch the sunset from the porch and indulge in a comfortable, stylish country escape. Five minutes walk to the town centre with the famous De Bortoli winery on your doorstep. Surrounded by some of the regions great names in wines with more than 9 wineries within a 4km radius - you are spoilt for choice of fine wines, beautiful cellar doors and gourmet food.

The space
Rosehill is a heritage listed cottage over 110 years old, built in 1907. The cottage has gorgeous high ceilings and ornate period features along with modern comforts like a gas fireplace and ducted cooling.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire Rosehill property of 750sqm. There is a verandah overlooking the front garden and a large lawn to the rear. You will have the entire house to yourself.

Other things to note
Washing machine and dryer are available by request for guests.

Please note that we supply some basic toiletries for you to enjoy during your stay. There are some cupboard basics such as salt, pepper and sugar. If you’d like to use the coffee machine you can bring either ground or whole coffee beans. Try the local blend from Valentines in the Main St. The IGA is open everyday - closing times usually 7pm and 6pm on Sundays.

Bermagui Nook is centrally located in Sunset Strip, within walking distance to Rusty Water Brewery & Smith's Beach and short driving distance to the Moto GP track, Cowes and San Remo.

Entering the farm-style gate Bermagui Nook is fully fenced & pet friendly. The open plan living is complemented with a north-facing verandah to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. A queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bunk with 2 single beds are fitted with quality mattresses and comfortable linens.

1950's cottage, with most of the original features.

We are in the process of up dating and refreshing the cottage.

Once a neglected rental, slowly trying to transform it into a very clean, cozy and comfortable place to stay.

Colin and I have been working for months on this neglected rental trying to breath some life back into it. We still have a little way to go, however the house is very clean and comfortable for you stay while we make these up dates so please be patient with us.

The house has the original floor boards thought out with high ceilings and French doors in the living room.

Main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom and third with queen size.

You have access to the whole house and the house yard. There is 1 car park in the back yard, please do not park the car on the grass or on the brick work at the back door.
