- "Over about a week we stayed in a luxury tent and an ocean front villa. Both were clean and well equipped. Wifi wasn’t the best. The luxury tent had a very small kitchenette and of course didn’t have great insulation so when the sun came out the walls got warm. When it was windy the tent flapped around a bit. The villa was excellent. Spacious with everything you need and parking right by the door. There’s a private balcony but it had a privacy wall blocking any view while seated. Location is a few steps from the ferry terminal, IGA supermarket, pub and more. Recommended for a quiet place to stay."

The space
Our property is located at Pelican Lagoon, nestled between Pennington Bay and Prospect Hill.
Stunning 360 degree views and wildlife to boot.
If you are traveling with a furry companion, for the sake of the wildlife, they MUST remain on-lead at all times.
If a dog chases after a Kangaroo, they may either lead them to a very busy road or deliver a lethal kick if threatened!
If your dog is found roaming the property, you will be instructed to leave immediately.
Other things to note
Please note there are NO BATHROOM FACILITIES inside the van!
We do have a bathroom with full amenities available for use on the property.
