Here are just a couple of things to consider when making your choice:

1. This home is strictly NON-smoking.

2. While we have and love dogs, we are not able to accommodate them or any other pets on the property. This home is a pet-free zone. If a pet is spotted on the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and lose any unused portion of your rent monies.

3. Sorry, we are unable to host weddings, events, or parties of any size/type. The maximum number of guests at any time is 8. If our manager sees more than 8 people at our home, you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit any unused portion of your rent monies.

4. Sorry but the boat lift is not included in the rental due to insurance requirements. You can, however, secure your boat on our dock. Please make sure that children do not handle the boat lift controls. Any damage caused to the lift or boat during your stay will be your responsibility.

5. Please know that during the summer the seagrass may accumulate at the end of the canal especially with strong Southeast winds. The POA does remove the grass when it gets really bad but they will determine the time-frame. Please understand that we cannot control the accumulation of the seagrass.

6. Our community does not allow fireworks at any time. Please do not use fireworks during your stay in our home. Should you be caught popping fireworks, the Property Owners Association will enforce a fine. If a fine is issued, you will be responsible for that fee.

7. Our house is on stilts and the front door is located on the second floor. Guests need to use the stairs to access the front door. We do not have an elevator.

The kitchen was updated in the spring of 2024 and is well-equipped with everything you will need to

This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath is well kept and and recently remodeled! Perfect for winter Texans or a weekend fishing resort! The kitchen overlooks the dining and living room so that you can easily entertain. The upstairs covered balcony overlooks the canal and is great for morning coffee or sunset. Very Nice neighborhood and quiet. Please if you're outside remember the loud music travels down the water and some neighbors have to go to work the next morning. They would appreciate it!

Welcome to Fantasy Oaks Lodge! One mile from the bustling Conn Brown Harbor boat ramp in Aransas Pass. With 1.36 acres of land, there's plenty of room for boat trailers. You can wash your boat here, no need to hit the car-wash. Load the cooler up with ice from the ice-maker. There's a fish cleaning bench with running water as well. Grill the day's catch on the covered patio, the perfect place to enjoy a cool beverage in the evenings. This is a great spot, especially if you're fishing any of the tournaments in the area. Like a pole holder by the garage, a cleaning station with a spot to show off your fish& take pictures. The bed I slept in was super comfortable, which was a blessing because I have back problems. We stayed(family of 5) with my bff's family(of 6). So much room& the cabins are great! They include showers/restroom, microwave, tv, coffeemaker and 2 sets of bunkbeds. Plus COLD AC! I was worried about the mosquitos but liked that the city sprayed every night to keep them under control. There's a huge screened in porch with fans and a big table. Perfect for playing games/eating. Big bonus is the ice machine! Saved us so much money bc a bag was 3.50 at HEB and I'm sure it would be even more on the island. Home is perfect place to stay in relationship to Port A and other beaches in the area without having to be incrowded areas/tourist traps. Nina the property manager with Rockport Escapes was AMAZING!!! We have never been taken care of before like we were by Nina. She was absolutely wonderful and got back with us immediately if we had any questions. 5 stars for Nina alone! We loved how roomy the house was and perfect for our two families. Great water pressure, even with 4 showers going at once! Property owners really thought of everything. This coastal retreat is conveniently located between Rockport and Aransas Pass. Just a quick jaunt down the canal, and you'll find your boat on the Intracoastal Waterway, just a short trip to some wonderful fishing and birding. Boat mooring at the dock behind the condo. Covered parking plus extra spaces for guests. There is a separate designated area for parking your boat (or leave it tied to the dock in the rear) and trailer. Just a few minutes away from Cove Harbor Marina to the East and Conn Brown Harbor to the West, which both have a great boat launch, bait stand and restaurant. This house is in a safe and quiet community. This is not a place for loud parties. We have a patio by the water for fishing all day and night. We do have outdoor cameras.

Cove Harbor is the closest boat dock at just 3.8 miles toward Rockport.

Please always watch children and pets around water. We have a fence on the canal side of the house for pets and children’s safety. The person making the reservation must also be staying at the house.

Welcome to Maple Oak! This adorable cottage sleeps up to 6 people and is also pet friendly. There is plenty of room next to the cottage to park your boat/trailer and vehicles. The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, flat-screen television with plenty of storage for all your vacation clothes. The loft is a perfect spot for kids or grown-ups that want to relax. There are two queen beds in the upstairs loft.
All bed and bath linens are changed after each guest. All surfaces are thoroughly disinfected before each new guest arrives.
The downstairs has an open concept with comfortable seating for everyone to gather and visit. The kitchen has full-size appliances and plenty of counter space to cook up your days catch. There is also an island with two stools for dining and four wooden tv trays for dining as well.

You will enjoy a serene 1-acre property all to yourself. You can sleep in the rustic (adorably quirky) one bedroom cabin that sleeps four. In the bedroom we have included a comfortable queen size bed and a corner workspace for all those who cannot quite leave the office! There is a fully equipped kitchen - but bring on the suds there is no dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and a full-sized washer and dryer. The living room has a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a pull-out couch that sleeps two (the couch is smallish).

In the morning grab your cup of coffee or in the evening get some ice for an adult beverage in the fully enclosed wrap around porch overlooking the pond. Need to get a little more work done? There is another workstation outside in the fully enclosed wrap around porch -- but enough about work. Outside is a deck and patio with a charcoal BBQ and picnic area. You can also sit around a fire pit and solve all the world’s problems into the starry night. Do not forget there is still room for your boat.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
