The park has miles of beautiful beaches where you can purchase refreshments, roller blade, fish off the pier, rent camp sites, launch boats or have any kind of fun in the sun you can imagine! Easy access to interstate highways. Tampa International Airport is a quick 25 minute drive. Beaches and restaurants are 5 minute drive. This is one of the best waterfront properties on the island of Tierra Verde!! Views of Boca Ciega Bay (Tampa Bay) and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge! Cycle to Ft. Desoto then hop on the ferry to snorkeling at Egmont Key. You may bring your own kayak and launch it from our dock. Boat slips are available for a fee. See boat slip fees below.

- "Saw the manatees and dolphins at the dock ♥️ Caught a bunch of fish at dock.(we used a weight and a hook and shrimp fish bites. Cast straight off doc towards bay. You will get a hit every time) Cooled off in the pool in the evening time. (I liked the hot tub) We cooked almost every meal there. The grill(s) auto light don't work. Pack a lighter. Fort Desoto beach is 5.00 for the whole day to park and they have snack bar. Toll is .75. Other beaches are like 5.00 an hour.Some shopping places you have to pay by the hour to park. Signs for app to pay provided at all parking. (This was a new thing for us so sharing) The condo was very clean. Natasha was prompt to answer any questions. Bring quarters for beach tolls and laundry (fyi) although some tolls you buzz through and they will mail bill. We have no tolls where we live but VA ezpass would work here. We had no issues at all with anything at the property. Chuck in maintenance is super nice. We met some great neighbors too! We would hands down rent this again!!"

Most updated condo on property! Right on the water! Our building ( the A building) has the best views of Tampa Bay. in the middle of amazing Tierra Verde.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The CLOSEST building to the water, the A building and our wonderfully updated condo is the closest to the large heated, waterview pool and hot tub. Literally 6 steps!

Also the 3rd closest resort to the incredible beaches and bike trails of Ft. DeSoto. Literally 1.9 miles to the beginning of the park and 3.4 miles to the park entry booth, So 5 minutes to the incredible and typically lightly attended beaches.

Very nice bike lane from the condo itself to Fort DeSoto. I love to do a 20 mile lap that goes to the roundabout at the north end of our road (Pinellas Bayway) and then south to the park, through all of Ft. DeSoto, and back to the condo. (see more about the details of a lovely bike ride and all you see at the bottom)

Restaurants/Night life.-Well, Tierra Verde is quieter but not dead, We like to think it is the perfect blend of quiet AND some cute spots to go to for entertainment and dining.

Again only 1/10th of a mile, (obviously within walking distance) is multiple restaurants in "downtown" Tierra Verde which is essentially one small nicely tucked in commercial footprint.--
Our favorite is Billys Stone Crab House, an old school "clubby" vibe in one section where they have the entertainment on Friday and Saturday and karaoke on Sunday (typcially one of the better karaokes as the majority of the singers are truly listenable!-lol) , and fun rooftoop bar with amazing view and music up there and waterviews mostly everywhere. Then there is a Philly style deli, Alsace a French creperie and more, Tony and Nellos Italian restaurant and Good Times an authentic Czech style restaurant (Schnitzels, Stroganoff, Paprikas etc)

Many more restaurants up and down Gulf Blvd and many more beaches await you less than 10 minutes away!

We are a Hard 4 people max. No under 25 unless parents and 2 kids. There are 2 sofa sleepers in the living room but we do not make them ready for sleeping as mentioned above it is a hard 4 people max.

Kitchen has most, including an air fryer.

Bike ride description continued;
See East Beach where on a windy day there are lots of wind surfers and always an amazing view of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, cruise ships going under the Skyway Bridge, heading to other tropical destinations, and amazingly wide panoramic views of Tampa Bay and leading to the gulf via the shipping channel. Many freighters coming through add to the visual interest.

Also on your ride, you will pass the kayak and bike rental stands and the dog park, the old historic Fort itself and the fishing pier and then the 2 incredible beaches on the west side of Ft. De Soto. The first one by the concession stand has a lovely 1 mile walk to the north end and the farther north you go the less people there are. I have been there some afternoons, where I was literally the only person within a half mile! (Talk about living the dream! So peaceful, beautiful and private) then the world famous North Beach at the north end of the island has a LOT of beach to discover as it is enlarging and creating new exciting beach portions to walk. (according to a long time local who I chatted with, he said it is from the sand renourishment project for beaches north of us) and thusly it is an evolving and expanding beach.

Wander Residences of Tierra Verde is located at 1515 Pinellas Bayway S. We are located on the first floor in Building B and this unit has beautiful views of the grounds and a partial pool view! The condo boasts cuban tile throughout, queen bed in the master and a fully stocked kitchen! Relax on the open balcony, stroll and fish off the sea wall on the intracoastal waterway. Close to restaurants and shops and easy drive to the gulf beaches, minutes away from Fort DeSoto with all the cabanas and pavilions and ferry to Egmont Key. Once I have the information I will prepare the forms for our office as well as for the association. These forms are: reservation form, an ASSOC addendum, rules and regs, contact info sheet, pet forms where applicable.
Once you receive your reservation filled out for direct reservations: you will Send ASAP a DEPOSIT of 50% if directly through us to hold the unit, Full payment if less than 90 days to occupancy.
Everyone: Send The Association check made out to the appropriate association. You should write the check made out to the association with unit number in the memo section.

Welcome home to "Tierra Palms", a stylish and comfortable two-bedroom condo located in beautiful Tierra Verde, just over the bridge from St. Pete Beach. With a minimum 30-day rental policy, we are the perfect destination for those seeking warmer climates in cooler weather. Spend your winters with us and avoid the snow! Or turn your summer into the ultimate beach vacation and live like a local on The Island.

Enter the front door of your new home away from home and you'll find a coat closet, a door to the garage, and a flight of steps to the main living area. Walk upstairs and be greeted by a beautiful open concept living space that immediately feels like home. The spacious kitchen includes all the cooking basics you'll need to prepare meals during your stay such as pots, pans, and utensils, along with plenty of counter space and cabinet storage. Directly off the kitchen you'll find a sliding door that leads to yet another lovely screened in patio, this one with two comfortable chairs and a patio table with seating for four - and of course, a view of our condo pool.

Back inside, you'll see that the open kitchen leads to a dining area with seating for up to 8 as well as a comfortable living area with smart TV and lots of cozy spots to cuddle up. In the living room, you'll see a cute teal sofa that we like to call a "click clack sofa". Similar to a futon (but a bit easier), this sofa folds flat to become a sleeping area for one, similar in size to a twin bed. We've provided a comfortable mattress topper for this bed, should you prefer a softer sleeping surface! Also on this floor is a half bath for your convenience.

Climb the stairs to the third floor, and you'll find the master bedroom just ahead. This bedroom has a spacious king bed, ample closet space, a dresser, a Roku TV, and another "click clack sofa" able to fold down for an additional sleeping spot, also with a mattress topper available. Also in this room is the office space - a desk area with chair and lighting that is the perfect spot for getting work done or even doing your makeup.

Attached to the master bedroom is the beautiful master bath. You'll first find dual sinks with plenty of under cabinet and drawer storage for anything you may need for your extended stay at Tierra Palms. This bathroom also features a beautiful soaking tub ready for relaxation after a long day exploring all the area has to offer. Continue through the next door in the bathroom to find the commode and a gorgeous walk-in fully tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead and separate handheld sprayer.

Back out into the upstairs hallway, to your left you'll see a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Just past this is the second bedroom, affectionately known as "The Mermaid Room". This beautiful bedroom has another Roku TV, its own closet, and ample drawer space for your personal belongings. This bedroom also features its own private bathroom as well with additional under-sink storage options for your toiletries, as well as another spacious tiled shower.

When you return to the first floor, you'll see a side door that enters a two-car garage for your use (manual keypad entry only, cars must be parked one in front of the other to fit). Towards the back of the garage is a large open space that we hope to one day convert into a fun hang out spot - save our listing to your Wishlist for updates! For now, we've installed a new air conditioning unit for that spot to ensure it is cooled for your comfort if you choose to spend time down there.

Out the back of the garage is another door, this one leading to the downstairs patio. This patio is also fully screened in and has another seating area for two, as well as a gas grill for you to use (we will always guarantee at least one full tank to start you off!). The spiral staircase here leads up to the main level patio and the screen door opens right out to our condo pool! You can't beat the convenience of that location!

We recognize that a monthly vacation rental like Tierra Palms is unlike a typical weekly rental property - as such, we've taken great care to make sure you have everything you need to be completely comfortable and at home during your stay. We even provide a few basic amenities for your first night or two such as shampoos, soaps, and various other surprises - that way you can feel free to relax and take a day or two to get adjusted to your new home before needing to hit the store for essentials.

- "My husband and I have been wintering in all different areas of St Petersburg for 7 years. Sarah’s rental was by far our favorite! Not only is this rental beautiful and spacious, loaded with everything you would possibly need, it is in a great location. My husband and I are an active semi retired couple. We had an outstanding bike trail right outside the driveway that leads to the amazing Fort Desoto beach. There is a park with pickle ball courts 1/2 mile away and fabulous restaurants right across the street.
