The park has miles of beautiful beaches where you can purchase refreshments, roller blade, fish off the pier, rent camp sites, launch boats or have any kind of fun in the sun you can imagine! Easy access to interstate highways. Tampa International Airport is a quick 25 minute drive. Beaches and restaurants are 5 minute drive. This is one of the best waterfront properties on the island of Tierra Verde!! Views of Boca Ciega Bay (Tampa Bay) and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge! Cycle to Ft. Desoto then hop on the ferry to snorkeling at Egmont Key. You may bring your own kayak and launch it from our dock. Boat slips are available for a fee. See boat slip fees below.

- "Saw the manatees and dolphins at the dock ♥️ Caught a bunch of fish at dock.(we used a weight and a hook and shrimp fish bites. Cast straight off doc towards bay. You will get a hit every time) Cooled off in the pool in the evening time. (I liked the hot tub) We cooked almost every meal there. The grill(s) auto light don't work. Pack a lighter. Fort Desoto beach is 5.00 for the whole day to park and they have snack bar. Toll is .75. Other beaches are like 5.00 an hour.Some shopping places you have to pay by the hour to park. Signs for app to pay provided at all parking. (This was a new thing for us so sharing) The condo was very clean. Natasha was prompt to answer any questions. Bring quarters for beach tolls and laundry (fyi) although some tolls you buzz through and they will mail bill. We have no tolls where we live but VA ezpass would work here. We had no issues at all with anything at the property. Chuck in maintenance is super nice. We met some great neighbors too! We would hands down rent this again!!"

Located at the Holiday Island complex in Tierra Verde this is the closest vacation rental to Fort Desoto Park which is a county park named one of America's Best Beaches. The complex includes a tennis court, huge heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, boat slip and launch (reserve in advance), large deck with bbq grill and picnic tables overlooking the bay with beautiful views. Includes free wifi, beach cruiser bicycles, washer and dryer and exercise room. We also offer free parking and use of hotel amenities at nearby Pass-a-Grille Beach.
