It is within walking distance to old town centre but there are many stairs which would be challenging for people with mobility problems. Our only problem was that plaster flakes were falling from the ceiling. There are minibusses that pass by the hotel every few minutes it seems and a couple go directly to the old city so very convenient even though the hotel is a little out of Mardin city.
