The room was simply amazing; it was one of the suite rooms and everything from the materials, decoration, comfort, size, and the sea view was excellent. It was undoubtedly one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel’s location is, without question, perfect. The breakfast menu was very classy and delicious. For anyone visiting Budva with a reasonable budget, this hotel should definitely be the choice. My only negative comment would be about the gym, which is too small and doesn’t quite match the standards of such a hotel. At most, two people can work out at the same time. - "This hotel is incredible . Although it looks big on the outside, there is only 20 rooms (the rest I believe are the family’s private apartments). There isn’t loads of parking under the hotel but we never had any issues in the underground car park. Staff were brilliant, so friendly and they genuinely couldn’t do enough to help. In fact, they left us a lovely box of chocolates and a room upgrade so we had a balcony after contacting them about our belated anniversary. Breakfast was lovely, very fresh and tasty. Room was great. We loved the balcony as it had amazing views and we could sit out. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable as they had memory foam mattresses. I also appreciated the hotel toiletries, especially the conditioner as not many hotels provide this. We were next to a main road, which can be noisy on weekends. Location was ok, but I think next time we would stay closer to the marina/port. It was about 30-40 walk along the promenade to the old town (about 1.5miles each way). We were shown where to park but got blocked in by other cars a couple of times which is quite worrying when you need to head to the airport! The apartment was comfortable enough apart from a very squeaky bed! Complimentary toiletries consisted of one bar of soap and you need to buy toilet roll after the initial two run out. Having a washing machine is useful. There is plenty of storage for hanging clothes etc. No ice cubes trays so take bags if you want to make ice. The walk to the beach takes about 20 minutes however I wouldn't recommend for anyone with disabilities etc unless you have a car as it's a pretty steep walk back. Also the steps are extremely slippery when wet! An enjoyable holiday in a very clean apartment with very helpful owners."

The Sauna & Spa not yet open although advertised. The hotel is in a nice area pretty close to everything in Bubva. Good value for money and I would return if ever in Budva."

The bed seemed a little small but comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were all helpful and friendly, everyone from those at the front desk to the restuarant and cleaning staff. I was unfortunately sick for most of my stay and spent alot of time in and around the hotel. This turned out not to ruin my trip since the tv had some satellite stations with all day movies, the food and drinks from the restaurant could be brought to the room, and the food was all amazing. The breakfast was also really good, with so much tasty variety and the staff were constantly replenishing items and setting tables. The pool and jacuzzi were great to use and I especially loved being able to have drinks ordered straight to the tub. The only small negative was the location if we were to head to the beach or old town, but the pay off is that it is nice and quiet by being away from the center. This turned out not to be a problem for us since we basically lived very comfortably in the hotel our entire stay."
