She was there to meet with us upon our arrival and go over all the details of the stay to ensure no surprises. Even though we elected to have the weekly cleaning service, the home was amazingly easy to keep clean. The gourmet kitchen was outfitted with all the necessities and niceties. All the bedrooms are spacious with adjoining bathrooms. The master suite on the first floor has a phenomenal master bathroom with luxurious Jacuzzi and Shower. The landscaping of the grounds match the beautiful canyon scenery. We spent most mornings out on the Lanai, sipping on coffee and watching the sunrise. There is also an outdoor grilling and kitchen area that we took advantage of as well. This was our second time using this home with a large group (10 People) and it was even easier than the first time. The guest house has its own private driveway, entrance, patio, outdoor gas fireplace, and BBQ. The guest house portion is completely private from the rest of the building where the owners work.

Feed carrots to the horses, Pick eggs from the chickens, tease, and interact with our two playful goats. Our dog will come over and greet you each morning expecting a treat. The cats are friendly and will say hello as well!

At the end of the night turn on the fire pit and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the perfect sunset view.

We have a pack and play for those with babies or toddlers. We accept 3 guests with children under 2.

There is fresh lavender, rosemary, apricots, apples, figs and peaches growing. We had apricots with our yogurt. You are allowed to gather eggs for your breakfast--my favorite. There is a river stone shower that is spectacular. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but in fact you are close to everything. The property is owned by a beautiful family that will interact or not interact based on your preference. We loved the outdoor area...and Gucci the black and white floof cat stole our heart. Blanca responded in a timely manner if I had a question from my husband. She gave us the okay for my husband to park his boat on the driveway. There is no BBQ grill at the house they are located at the pool area and also at the park.
There is a community swimming pool to use for your enjoyment. keys will be provided upon check-in. there is a $250 refundable Deposit when the key is returned to the lockbox and a photo is submitted. You can contact your host to set this up. There is also a large community park at the corner of the block featuring a kids playground, tennis and basketball courts that is are free to use during your stay. Proper conduct must be exercised at all times at either of these facilities as this is a quiet family environment. This house is a Modern Luxurious home where New England traditional aesthetic meets mid-century modern design and style. This is an extremely bright & inviting home inside and out.

The 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom house looks like it’s straight out of a catalog and is constantly up-kept in the most pristine way possible. This home is located at the top of a hill nestled between two national forests.

The hosts are a young, friendly and extremely helpful couple who are very knowledgable of the area.

The house consists of a large formal living room (depicted in the photo are the blue mid-century couches and Eames chair), a large dining room with a modern/classic built-in bookshelf, which is connected to the kitchen and the family room. Furthermore, the home boasts a huge and welcoming entryway with a large staircase and a modern painting as the focal point. The home offers a home office (4th bedroom) and full bath downstairs and three more bedrooms and two bathrooms with upstairs. The master bedroom has an en-suite double bathroom with double vanity overlooking the resort-like backyard with pool, hammock, mountain-view and 26 palm trees. The other two upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double vanity and bathtub. The front yard includes a large front-porch with modern outdoor furniture and coffee table and the backyard provides a private Mountain View with pool, two lounge chairs, coffee table, hammock, RV parking, BBQ and plenty of space to relax.

Charming, comfortable home with no houses across the street, only a greenbelt and picturesque hills. House is 1675 sq. feet, has three bedrooms with four beds and sleeps 6 maximum. It has 2 and a half baths, a gas fireplace, 42" Satellite TV and is fully furnished and equipped with all essentials. Private and lovely backyard and patio with gas grill and furniture. Two pools and a tennis court in common areas available for guests' use.

Guests will be required to sign rental agreements upon booking, and provide a photo of a valid driver's license. Upon request, a $100 interim cleaning fee may be assessed (changing sheets and laundry not included) in addition to the $200 vacating cleaning fee. Gas, Electric and Water are paid by tenant.

The property is smoke free, clean and located about 7 minutes from the freeway in a quiet community overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley!

There is a shared entrance and shared parking in the driveway. The areas shown in the pictures are private and only used by Tiny Farmhouse guests.

We love socializing with guests but also value their privacy.

Our quiet neighborhood is fairly safe and quiet. This is a respectable community that cares about its neighbors.

The Casita is a studio, one very large space, furnished with antiques. A brand new single bed for 1 person with a new, high quality mattress. Also a loft, accommodating
one person. Each has high quality cotton sheets.

The Casita is a 500 sq. ft. studio. It is silent, tranquil, beautiful place to rest. There is a workspace if need be. This is a brand new space, just built.

The space
The Casita is set on open space of land facing west. There is a driving path that ends at the front entrance. The property is inhabited with birds, squirrels, rabbits, occasional coyote, and an owl. There are horses on all sides of the main house at the neighbors! Sand Canyon is a beautiful area with may large horse ranches in the area. We love it here. It is peaceful, set back on a private road, quiet and pure heaven.

Other things to note;
There is no kitchen in the Casita. It will be as though you are in a large hotel room with a view of trees, pastures, and open space. There are horses all over this area. It is a very beautiful, calm and peaceful environment. The space is perfect for resting, contemplating, drawing, painting, or a home base for all the nature paths, hiking, events and special places in this area.
