Villa Paraiso has a unique location, it is located at the end of a street in the upper part of the beautiful urbanization of Santo Tomas, on the left side of the house there is a ravine, so privacy and tranquility are assured. Its elevated position provides it with unique views and privacy that we do not find in other villas, not to mention views which are unbeatable.Its position provides it with a constant breeze that makes the heat dissipate and its countless covered terraces give it the perfect spaces for those reading moments that we all like during the holidays.

It is a villa completely renovated by a Local Interior Designer. From its elevated position you can see the entire Santo Tomas beach, with a pleasant Mediterranean breeze that can be enjoyed on the terraces during the day.

Surrounded by palm trees and pine trees, the terraces and the garden, the pool has panoramic views of the sea.

The interior of the villa is spacious and bright, with large windows where you can see the sea. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and a direct door to the pool terrace, one of the bathrooms even has sea views! The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, and a spacious dressing room.

It has a large dining room and a living room with sea views. The upper terrace is a perfect place for barbecues, where you can spend many nights eating in peace.

The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. The laundry room is separate in a separate space.

- "Sanyo Tomàs is a beautiful quiet resort. The villa we rented was roomy (there were 6 adults, one teenager and 10 year old in our party). It was located on a quiet road with the resort amenities in easy reach. Beautiful and spacious villa of Mediterranean architecture with sea views and a large pool. The property is located in the exclusive urbanization of Santo Tomás, just 5 minutes’ walk from the sea and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The property consists on the main house with 7 bedrooms.
On the ground floor we find the dining room, a living room with fireplace, the breakfast-dining kitchen, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and the laundry room. On the upper floor there are two single bedrooms and one bedroom with two build-in beds, a shower room and a toilet.
The spacious house is south facing with several large terraces, some covered and some open, with views to the sea. The pool is very large, measuring approx. 14x6 m, ideal for length swimming, and a pool side shower. It is a lovely property next to the beautiful and exclusive beach of Santo Tomás.

It is obviously a well loved traditional family home, as opposed to a luxury villa. It could do with a small update to make it more suitable for family rental. The cutlery for example was so cracked or crazed it was unpleasant to drink from. We had to buy plastic cups for the children and poolside as there were none. Very surprising as its meant to be a family villa and the pool is down several steps from the terrace. It needs a new washing machine, we didnt use the dishwasher. As far as cleanliness it needed a clean under the beds and the pool area was covered in pigeon poo which was unpleasant. We couldnt find any pool lights until an engineer came to fix the hot water on about day 11 of our holiday, then only one of three worked. The terrace area is an amazing place to sit and eat and enjoy the view although it could do with a new set of table and chairs, rather than the plastic set which the chidren kept falling through. Most suprising was the lack of an information folder about the villa, the resort, emergencies or even Menorca. Luckily we were very familiar with the Island. Despite my criticism I would not hesitate to return again."

There were only two of us in a four bedroom house so we had plenty of space but I think a larger group would still be comfortable there. The garden is bounded by high hedging or walls so is private. There is sunshine at the front, where the pool, is all day and a covered area at the back with seating provides shade. We also found the electrically operated canopy at the front patio useful for shading the table there. The pool is not heated but we used it daily in October. A cleaning team came in the middle of our two week stay and changed the beddding and towels as well as giving the house a thorough clean. Finally, there was good communication from our contact Samm with clear instructions on finding and accessing the villa. I had a couple of question before the holiday which were answered promptly. I can recommend Villa Noellia. "

An ancient path from the villa leads you through wild fennel to one of the island’s ancient talaiots. The villa is a wonderful access point for walks to remote beaches such as Cala Fustram, Cala Escorxada and Playa Bini Gaus. You will feel as though you are in the real Menorca with old men gathering in the village and at the cafes to shake their heads at the new things in the world. All of the bedrooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms offer baths as well as showers. Some of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, and the remaining ones are upstairs. First on your left, as you enter the villa’s porch, is a delightful children’s room with twin beds, pretty pink curtains and a spacious ensuite shower room. To the right of the porch is a double bedroom, again with an ensuite shower room. This wonderful bedroom looks towards the games room and swimming pool terrace. There are two further double bedrooms on the ground floor. Like the others, the beds are adorned with beautiful, unique linens. You will find the master bedroom suite and another bedroom on the upper floor. The master has been renovated with large arched doors which lead to the upper living room. Three windows look out over the pool plus the room enjoys a lovely balcony. The remaining bedroom enjoys fantastic sunset views.

Ancient vines and colourful plants adorn the walls of this spectacular villa. The grounds are brimming with fig, almond and olive trees, many of which are beautifully lit up at night. The swimming pool is surrounded by elegant, adjustable sun loungers and parasols. There is a handy outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy delicious alfresco meals on two large shaded tables using the villa’s barbecue. An outdoor fridge keeps drinks chilled by the pool. The front of the villa enjoys a large west-facing terrace, the ideal spot for Menorcan Pomada cocktails and watching the sky turn into ravishing, vivid colours at sunset.

Located in the charming Es Migjorn Gran area of Menorca, Deluxe Santa Monica enjoys a wonderful plot, sensational views and easy access to some very special beaches. This area is sprinkled with historical monuments and traces of the island’s long history. Very close to the villa is a talaiot, an ancient fortress with a small tunnel. The island’s talaiots were built around 3000 years ago for defence. The surrounding beautiful countryside features many rural paths, wonderful woods and beautiful valleys. Also close by is the gorgeous Bini Gaus Beach and an ancient cave the size of a cathedral. It can be accessed on foot from the top of the hill above the beach.

Santo Tomas is a delightful beach resort with an excellent beach, some very good restaurants, fabulous bars and clubs and Hawaiian style beach bars. You can enjoy Pomada’s watching the sun go down. They are made with Menorca’s own Xoriguer sloe gin, lemon Fanta, ice and lemon. The island’s coastal path Cami De Cavalls is a total wonder with access to beautiful sandy beaches, rocky diving pools and reefs resplendent with sea life.

One of Menorca’s older areas, Son Bou enjoys clubs, bars, swimming pools, restaurants and a golden stretch of sand.

Ciutedella is on the west coast and is known as ‘Vella I Belli’ (‘Old and Beautiful’). It is Menorca’s second city with a picturesque port and an engaging old quarter lined with grand gold-tinged buildings. The medieval streets are filled with palaces, churches and fortresses as well as wonderful restaurants and bars. Placa d’es Born is one of the most picturesque squares in Ciutedella. It is a delight to explore. Waterside dining can be found at the port. If you get there early enough you can watch the fishermen bringing in the local catch of the day. You can also catch a ferry from here to Alcudia in Mallorca. Ciutedella celebrates its local festival on 23 and 24 June each year and the party is one of the most spectacular festivals in Menorca.

The island’s picturesque capital Mahon is a lively city rich in history, culture and entertainment. Close to the Placa Espanya is the pretty 18th century Gothic Carme church. The 18th century Xoriguer Gin Distillery is definitely worth a visit and there are many cute shops selling leather, pottery and clothes. The early morning fish market is fascinating to walk through with its huge piles of colourful fish. Mahon is well known for its upmarket nightlife and waterfront bars and clubs.

- "We loved our two week family stay. The house is situated a couple of kilometers outside of the village of Gran Migjorn, down a gravel road. Really easy to find. All bedrooms have ensuites. The sixth bedroom is a bit of an afterthought and there were arguments about who slept there. Luckily it was a 6yr old that was due to sleep there, so we managed to squeeze him into one of the other rooms. Its old but all of the bathrooms and showers were good. Whist we were there one of the toilets was not working properly, the kitchen tap was broken and there was an issue with the washing machine. All issues were sorted out quickly and efficiently. The location is great, with no direct neighbours and surrounded by fields. Very private. As much as we loved the finca and our holiday, considering the price, there were lots of small details that should have been much better. It appeared to be very unloved. It was not very clean, there was mouldy cutlery in dishwasher, hairs in bathrooms, we recleaned floors. You could tell it had been loved once, but now it seemed that as things have been replaced the replacements were cheap and nasty. The towels were at least 10 years old and threadbare, the pillows were awful and appeared to be filled with small cubes of foam, the washing line hangs limp and you cannot straighten it, broken utensils in cutlery drawer, broken parasols by pool. All little things, but in my opinion it cheapened the whole experience."
