Its elevated position provides it with unique views and privacy that we do not find in other villas, not to mention views which are unbeatable.Its position provides it with a constant breeze that makes the heat dissipate and its countless covered terraces give it the perfect spaces for those reading moments that we all like during the holidays.

It is a villa completely renovated by a Local Interior Designer. From its elevated position you can see the entire Santo Tomas beach, with a pleasant Mediterranean breeze that can be enjoyed on the terraces during the day.

Surrounded by palm trees and pine trees, the terraces and the garden, the pool has panoramic views of the sea.

The interior of the villa is spacious and bright, with large windows where you can see the sea. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and a direct door to the pool terrace, one of the bathrooms even has sea views! The master bedroom has a four-poster bed, and a spacious dressing room.

It has a large dining room and a living room with sea views. The upper terrace is a perfect place for barbecues, where you can spend many nights eating in peace.

Minimum stay:7 nights. For shorter stays, please contact us.

Reservations up to 9 nights:do not include cleaning service or change of bed linen and towels.

Reservations from 10 to 13 nights:include a mid-stay change of bed linen and towels (without cleaning service).

Reservations of 14 nights or more:include a full cleaning and change of bed linen and towels at mid-stay.

Reservation confirmation:A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. For reservations made through other platforms, we will contact you to arrange this payment.

Final payment:The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:If the reservation is canceled within the refundable period, payments made by bank transfer will be fully refunded. For payments made by credit card, bank fees will be deducted from the refund.

House Rules:

Outdoor showers:Please use the outdoor showers to remove sand before entering the house. Indoor showers are not intended for this purpose.

Umbrellas:Always close all umbrellas when leaving the property. Sudden winds can occur on the island and may cause damage.

Waste disposal:Please dispose of garbage regularly to prevent odors and insects, especially during summer.
