- "Carris hotels are consistently well appointed and staffed. Ferrol Almirante is no exception. Hotel is close to the rail station - best way to arrive in this port city. Great seafood at any of the bars and restaurants along the pedestrian walk through the city. Hotel is a good value. I've stayed here before, so a return visit says something about the location. Apart from that, it was a good place to stay before starting my Camino. We were able to go to all of the places we wanted to see during our holiday. The property was ideal for this. This accommodation has heating by means of electric radiators enabled from November to April.
Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency situation, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months fluctuate between 6 and 15 degrees, we will have heating available in two time slots, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and maintaining always a temperature that oscillates between 18 and 20 degrees.
The maximum lighting time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours a day depending on the weather and can be chosen by the guests.It is important to understand that heating an accommodation like ours, of 196 m², is not the same as heating a smaller room such as a hotel room (15 m²).
