Lovely L shaped balcony area with a sea view and comfortable seating and table outside. Many of the properties here have a private pool - we didn’t but the pool was only 10m from our front door and quiet most of the time even in peak season. They have several comfortable loungers around the pool with umbrellas for shade and the pool is heated and lovely - even my wife went in and she never goes in! You also benefit from free to use loungers on the beach and we went in the sea - lovely, calm and warm. It is a mix of stones and sand so some people may want wet shoes. Next to the pool they have a lovely bar run by the charming Costas who is a great credit to the owners and always happy to help - nothing is too much trouble. The food here as mentioned by others is great too. The breakfast is huge, lovely and fresh and you can amend as you needed. We also had dinner delivered to our room a couple of times and we thought it was very good quality with generous portion sizes. Location wise, it’s very peaceful, which made it very relaxing. The entire ground floor of a private villa and a spacious terrace is all yours and your family. Enjoy a carefree holiday in a prime location. From the terrace and the garden you have an unobstructed view over a small slope and pine forest to the sea. This can be reached via a short, slightly steep footpath. While Kallithea is just a few minutes' drive away, tourists are almost alone on the beach, enjoying peace and relaxation. It is semi-detached, self-catering and easily accessible, with the long sandy beach and clear blue sea just outside the garden gate.

It consists of a living room with fireplace and kitchen, 1 shower/WC, 2 bedrooms to sleep 4.

One child's cot (160 X70) or one baby cot (120 X 60) can be added to one of the bedrooms following agreement.
It also features a private double veranda, on two levels, with a panoramic view of the beach and water, equipped with a coffee table, 4 lounge chairs and 2 sun beds.

The kitchens are equipped with fridge, 4 ring stove with oven, coffee machine, cooking and eating utensils.

Also included : cotton bed linen, 1 large towel and 1 small towel per person (for indoor use only).

- "My wife, our 6 year old son and I had a really enjoyable stay here. The area is perfect for the beach and in easy reach of some very good restaurants. The apartment is well equipped with air conditioning and breath taking views. Our hosts were most kind and always on hand if we needed them (especially since our flight was delayed to some unearthly hour and we failed to go to the correct address). The beach is blue flag and during our stay the sea was clear and warm, perfect for a swim. Such a lovely relaxed stay has exceed our expectations and we hope to be back soon."
