We were only in Thessaloniki due to a fault on our plane from Cyprus back to the UK and needed a hotel room at short notice. To allow us the occupy our room early and get some sleep before our replacement flight the staff worked very hard to ensure an early check-in. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. On a positive note, we found the presence of a fridge in the room to be convenient, especially as there were no on-site options for purchasing drinks or snacks. Furthermore, a nearby convenience store and affordable pizzeria within a five-minute walk offered great alternatives. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that housekeeping services are not provided. WiFI was decent, no problems with a signal. the staff is gone in the late evenings. Also, you must memorize (or take a picture) of the door code. For whatever reason, our door key (e-card) expired, and we couldn’t get back into the room. Thank goodness this didn’t happen when the staff was off duty. "

Our apartment is located in a very quite neighborhood right in the center of Thessaloniki, on the 7th floor of a building with elevator, recently fully renovated and with lots of windows that let the sun come in throughout the day!.
It consists of 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed (orthopedic mattresses).

When I finally received it, it was 1 hour after the check in time of 3pm. They did not automatically send me the information. The apartment was ok…but shower was broken, futon couch was ripped and heavily stained, front door handle was broken and fell off into my hand. It is located in a great area for restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and shopping. Easy to take uber to location. It is above a very loud rock bar! If noise is not your thing don’t stay here. "
