We were only in Thessaloniki due to a fault on our plane from Cyprus back to the UK and needed a hotel room at short notice. After being told our onward flight wouldn’t be ready until the next day that was changed to the same evening of our stay at the last minute. To allow us the occupy our room early and get some sleep before our replacement flight the staff worked very hard to ensure an early check-in. They looked after us extremely well and we are very grateful. Would highly recommend."

They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. On a positive note, we found the presence of a fridge in the room to be convenient, especially as there were no on-site options for purchasing drinks or snacks. Furthermore, a nearby convenience store and affordable pizzeria within a five-minute walk offered great alternatives. Lastly, it's worth mentioning that housekeeping services are not provided. WiFI was decent, no problems with a signal. the staff is gone in the late evenings. Also, you must memorize (or take a picture) of the door code. For whatever reason, our door key (e-card) expired, and we couldn’t get back into the room. Thank goodness this didn’t happen when the staff was off duty. "
