- "The apartment is located on the main road with a parking space next to it. Very nice apartment, clean, and in a very desirable location. Plenty of amenities shops and bars around. In general the place was lovely with a nice balcony for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. One downside is that the air con unit is located in the main part and unfortunately doesn’t cool down the bedroom, unless it was left on for the whole day, which was not possible. That said we got good rest on the sofa beds in the living room. Perhaps a fan in the bedroom would have been a good solution. A great central location within easy walking reach of the town, Harbour and beach. Great for a family holiday not requiring to drive. Villa Spiros is located in the quiet area of Imerolia in Kassiopi 35 km from Corfu Town. Our spacious holiday villa of 170sq.m, has a private heated pool (on request with extra cost), balconies with amazing views to the sea and the Albanian coastline and is the perfect destination for your holidays in Corfu and especially in Kassiopi. Villa Spiros in Imerolia can sleep up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, two shower baths and two WCs with the possibility of showers.
On the ground floor of Villa Spiros there is a spacious private guest room which features two single beds and a private bathroom. An exterior staircase leads to the first floor and the pool area. Entering the house there is an open plan living room and dining area. A little further is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessities’. The large glazing doors of the living room have access to balconies with stunning views to the sea. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and balcony with view to the pool and the sea. A small WC is next to the interior stairs which lead to the second floor. The second floor of the villa consists of two bedrooms, a small private living room with stunning views and a really spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub, extra shower with enclosed cabinet and washing machine. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and en-suite WC and the other bedroom has two single beds.
On the outdoor terrace there is a private heated pool (on request with extra cost) with sun loungers and parasols and a lovely seating area. A few steps away there is a Barbeque area with a large dining table where guests can gather all together and enjoy food and drinks. Villa Spiros with private pool is an ideal accommodation for families and groups who want to spend relaxing holidays in tranquility and also reach within 8 minutes’ walk of the cosmopolitan Kassiopi. The beach of Imerolia is 200m far.
Kassiopi itself provides a satisfying array of possibilities: from restaurants of both traditional and international cuisine to lively bars, leisurely walks of castle ruins and unique pebbly beaches. The variety of choices makes Kassiopi a cosmopolitan tourist attraction. In the center of the village you will find all the necessities you might need: shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car-hire, diving center, excursions, pharmacy etc. Kassiopi is ideally situated to explore the surrounding villages as boat excursions run straight from the quaint fishing harbor.

- "We were a group of 8 friends , this villa was really suitable as none of us had to share a double bed. One of us had the fantastic master bedroom to themselves with ensuite so another used the upstairs sitting room (there isn't a door, but it is still private as the sofa/bed is round a corner- I didn't mention we would be using it and there was no extra bedding anywhere in the house, but we were given some the next day. The cleaner comes every other day, we didn't expect or need that really, but a bonus for many. The pool, lounging and the many seating areas are amazing. Sea views everywhere. The pool temperature was fine in May, no need to pay for heating. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there was a barbeque and dining area on the higher level . The bedroom on the ground floor had an ensuite with bath tub with a place that you could sit down and shower. One twin bedroom on the main floor beside the pool but no direct access as it had a balcony rail. There is a downstairs toilet across the way. Upstairs in asition to the master bedroom and small sitting room there is another twin room and a large shared bathroom with a spa bath and a very good seperate shower. The level walk into Kassioppi is 10-15 minutes, the track up to the villa is steep but short."

Entering the villas grounds you have the private pool to yyour left and outside dining table to your right.Just off the pool area on the left is the BBQ.
You enter the villa on the first floor, here you are greeted with the open plan living and dining area. On your left is the kitchen separated from the living area. It is fully equipped and has breakfast dining as well. On your left before entering kitchen there is the WC. From each room delightful sea views to soak up. There are central stairs leading both upstairs to the Main Suite and downstairs to the further 3 bedrooms.
On the top floor is located the Main Suite which consists of the main bedroom with front balcony at the foot of the bed with stunning views to wake up to and an extra large en-suite bathroom with 3/4 sized shower , two sinks and a big step to bath with a wall to wall large window mirrored with panoramic view . The left side of the bedroom leads at an enormous veranda with sofa and two armchairs. The veranda is accesible also from the hall outside the bedroom so other guests can come and enjoy the space. The ground floor level has three bedrooms - one double and one twin which have doublesized veranda doors leading out to a side path back up to the pool area. The other twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well is at the back without direct outside access so very suitable for the very young guests.Both twin bedrooms can be made in to doubles and one of them is large enough for a third twin bed also.
The view...
Another big bonus of stopping in Villa Christos is the unrivaled view. From anywhere you stand on or around the villa, you profit from incommunicable spectacular views. The pool...
The private pool area -with that fantastic view- is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life, day or night. Displays a huge marble table in which you can envisage morning coffees, ‘al-fresco’ dining (straight from the BBQ) and late night, night-caps happening at. There is more than enough room for sunbathing and lazing about outside, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the views and climate. For those not so sun-friendly, there are shaded areas, parasols and covered verandas too. Every outside area is ornamented by flowers, grass and greenery. Combining this with the subtle lighting around the villa and it makes a haven of tranquility and pure bliss. We provide pool heating upon request, the cost is extra.

The space...
Set over 3 levels, the villa easily and very comfortably sleeps 8 people. We have an extra single bed for a 9th person, plus wooden cots and high chairs for our little visitors. All our bedrooms are very generous in size and have ample wardrobe space so you can live clutter free, hiding that suitcase you'll forget it's there! The living area is a comfortable size for everyone to relax and there are lots of spots outside for both relaxing and enjoying some solitude as well enjoying some company. It is an ideal villa for large families or large group of friends wanting to holiday together but wanting their own space too.

Our personal favourite feature...
The top floor of the villa boasts an exquisite master bedroom, en-suite and huge veranda. Top grade luxury and set apart from the other bedrooms, you truly feel like king of the castle. If you are lucky enough to sleep in there, leave your curtains open and wake up to the whole of Kassiopi at your feet. The master en-suite is enormous with his and hers sinks, a 3/4 sized shower enclosure and huge step-in bath with a wall to wall mirrored (i.e. one-sided) window. The private veranda boasts a lovely comfy seating area with the best views Kassiopi has to offer. Big enough for all the company to enjoy .

La Casa Del Postino (The Postman's House) is a seductive, recently renovated apartment with a beautiful front balcony and air conditioning. The house is in an advantageous position, a few steps away from the centre of Kassiopi, the local facilities and the beach of Kalamionas.
It is laid out in three levels and is spacious for a family or party of seven people, in four bedrooms with three bathrooms.

Layout

The street gate leads to the front balcony, the end side of the house, and the main entrance, which opens onto a nicely furnished living room with a spiral wooden staircase.
There is an arch to the left of the living room, which leads to the fully equipped kitchen and further up to a small hall with an external door that opens to the large front balcony on the side of the village's inner street. Bedrooms are located on both sides of this area with a twin and a double bedroom, sharing shower/WC room.
Going down the lounge's spiral staircase, we land on the basement, which features a single bedroom with a shower / WC room.
On the opposite, we reach the upper level, where nestles the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, totally remote from the rest of the house.

Villa Olga is for sure a special property. Airy, spacious, provided with a generously sized private pool an uniquely located. This 3-bedroomed villa stands in the heart of the sought after seaside resort of Kassiopi: a car is not required! Therefore it is probably the only detached villa with private pool within the Kassiopi area, just an easy walk away from supermarkets, bars, shops, restaurants, harbor and many beaches. Fully air-conditioned, the villa can sleep easily up to 6+2 guests and has beautiful gardens, sun terraces, cheerful decor, private parking.



Inside, the villa is set over one floor and has been recently renovated to offer a perfect holiday experience. Entrance through the front patio is onto the spacious lounge with sofas, extra single sofa bed (mostly suitable for a child) so that the other sofas can be anyway used by the guests, satellite TV, DVD player, music system, wi-fi internet. The adjoining kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all the essentials for a full self catering holiday (including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven, 4 cooking rings, kettle, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, large dining table). The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, all decorated with style in bright colors to emphasize the summer feeling of this sweet house. One of the bedrooms has double beds while the others have twin beds that can be converted into doubles if required. An extra folding bed (suitable for a child) can be provided in one of the bedrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned (included in the price) both in the bedrooms and in the lounge area. There are 2 brand new family bathrooms, stylishly finished.



Outside, the villa is set within 800sqm of private grounds with trees, flowers, shrubs. Extensive terraces surround the villa both at the front (garden facing) and at the back (pool facing) for relaxation during any time of the day. The newly added private pool measures 6m x 5m and depth is between 0.9m and 1.7m. Comfortable sunbeds, parasols, poolside dining area and brick-built barbecue are provided for relaxing hours under the Corfiot sun and delicious charcoal grilled dinners (the poolside area is beautifully lit at night). Yet with such a wide array of beaches, amenities and shops within easy walking distance, the choice between pool and sea will be really hard! Private parking for up to 2 cars is available at the back of the villa.

- "The villa was ideal for my family of six. Very well maintained with a lovely pool and plenty of outside seating areas. The owner visited many times to clean the pool and remove rubbish and was very friendly and helpful. Communication through Dadovillas (who rent out the villa via VRBO) was excellent and reassuring. They advised us of local taxi company for our airport transfers. Kassiopi was a 10 minute walk away where there is a lovely harbour and lots of choice for meals out. Also several little bays and beaches within walking distance (we decided against a hire car which was the right choice as the roads were extremely busy and chaoctic and few car parks). My only slight criticism is that no mention was made of the fact that the villa sits on the main road which was noisy. However due to the garden and position of the villa being at right angle to the road, you werent at all overlooked and the pool area was private. The villa is beautiful with wonderful views of the hills around Kassiopi. Great location and you can walk down to the Marina with its big selection of restaurants and bars. Kassiopi really is a gem with its quaint tavernas and many sitting on the water front. Barbatia beach is a must with the lovely beach bar/ Restaurant Castros is one of our favourites. We hired a boat from Fillipos for the day and visited many bays where we swam and snorkelled and had lunch at a beautiful restaurant in Agios Stefanos. Agni restaurants are definitely worth a visit too and you can get a free boat from Kalamai bay (where the Durells lived and also a fab place to visit) Which was a wonderful experience! Although you don't need a car I do recommend one as there is so much to see on the island . Also I recommend that you book the restaurants in advance to make life easier if you are a big party.
