- "I really liked my stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Had a terrific massage as well!! Great food options (saying this as a vegan) and very delicious!! Highly recommended!" - "We booked two double rooms for the three of us, but upon arrival we were greeted with the news that we had been lucky enough to be allocated the villa (please see photo). It was very spacious with two double bedrooms, a huge sitting-room, a very large bathroom and an additional, separate toilet and included our very own pool. We even had our own 'pets' - swallows nesting in the ceiling lights on the patio. Everybody at Cavomarina Beach was extremely friendly and went out of their way to help, especially Ines on Reception who was an absolute star and whose command of the English language was amazing. We originally booked just bed and breakfast, but were informed that for an additional 30 Euros per person we could upgrade to all-inclusive, which seemed like a very good deal and so it was. There was a good variety of dishes at each meal time, as well as snacks and, of course, drinks, in between. Every evening there was a different culinary theme, e.g. Corfu, Italian, Spanish, Asian, Greek etc. and there was always live entertainment. As the name suggests, Caromarina Beach has its own private sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds and even a few four-poster sunbeds, so there was really no need to bring out our 'inner German' and reserve them with beach towels first thing, although this obviously didn't deter some people! There was also a nice infinity pool and several of the rooms in the main hotel seemed to have access to additional pools. The Olive Spa was also a huge bonus."

- "Firstly we had to pay to upgrade our room After a bad storm the room leaked water in and we all woke up with wet sheets and a wet mattress. The rooms are very basic and good do with a refresh the shower was awfull. The staff are fantastic very helpful and polite and great with kids. The place was very quiet in October. The beach isn’t really something I expected with lots of seaweed and rubbish. The breakfast is lovely and very well priced. Mozzies are horrifying never experienced anything like them to the point my son was ill and we had to take a early flight home. "

- "Very nice hotel wonderful staff" - "We have just returned home after the most wonderful week at Capo Di Corfu. Myself, husband and our two sones age 11 & 14yrs. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. With lovely villas, facilities, pools and views. But the thing that stood out to us all most were the staff! Everyone was wonderful and so friendly. The boys got involved with lots of the entertainment going on and particularly loved the table tennis and pool tables. The private beach won it for me! The only one slight bit of feedback we would give was the food, I’m sure if you eat fish and meat you would not be disappointed but for four vegetarians it was tad limited if you didn’t like salad. There were some lovely veggie bits but a few more choices particularly for the children would have been fab. But generally we cannot fault it. We had the most wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend it for those looking for a chilled, friendly holiday in a resort that’s not too big and has everything you need on site for a wonderful stay. We also cannot leave a review with giving specific mention to one of the entertainment staff (they were all lovely) but in particular Christian. He was absolutely brilliant with our boys from the moment we met him. I wasn’t sure they would want to get involved with what was going on but they clicked with him straight away and ended up winning the table tennis tournament! - "The appartements have the best location as far I can consider. In comparisson to others we had privacy, own little pier, a wonderful solution for the views out of the window and terrases to have meals. The owners are very conserned about our wellbeing and always give a helping hand. They are very hospitable people who really love their island and its history." - "Everything you needed for a totally relaxing holiday in the warm sun, peaceful gardens and with warm sea just 100m from the apartment. Arrived earlier than expected and was welcomed by Georgios and Irini. G then made sure the curtains were opened before we entered the appt so that we got the full view of the sea as we walked in. Wow, the view is the same as the pictures and is wonderful as you are now here! The apartments all have about 5-7 steps up to the front and back but this meant you were higher up and had a lovely view from the lower appts. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and the beds comfortable. The kitchen area was adequate but would benefit from a toaster, microwave & more cutlery. We opted to pay extra for the aircon as the 1st night was too warm. As early Sept, there were only about 4 couples there but even if was fully booked there is plenty of space and sun beds for all and 2 kayaks. The gardens are so peaceful and relaxing. We saw some lovely sunrises and swam several times each day. The beach is virtually not there as was washed away after a storm a few years ago but there is enough to safely enter the water and there is a wooden walkway with steps. It’s a long wade through knee/thigh depth water to get to the deeper water but was fun in the sun. Just north of Kavos, it’s 15-20 mins walk away from the noise & action. The pavements are poor or non existent and would be difficult for buggies and mobility scooters etc We just went there to book and go on the boat trips. We did Theo’s boat BarBQ and the food was great and enjoyed the boat & swimming stops. The next trip was Kavos Cruises, managed to sit outside so we had a great view of the caves but some seats had poor view. The best swim stop was at Antipaxos. Lots of fishes to swim with there and sea and sand beautiful colours. There is a small supermarket just down the road from Irini Studios and the “Seaside” bus stop is there for the “Green bus” service for Corfu town . There was also a nice pool bar there with several tasty menu options. This type of holiday was perfect for us with the accommodation right next to the sea. We’d like to say a big thank you to our wonderful hosts Georgios and Irini. (Sorry we missed saying goodbye in person - the Hoppa departure time was earlier than we’d expected) We had an amazing time and hope to stay again sometime. If you like peace and relaxation being in or beside the sea then this is a wonderful place to go."

Fridge wasn't working and was replaced with a new one on day 3 of 7. Room and bathroom not as clean as I would have liked/expected and no housekeeping for the week I was there. Basic continental breakfast, no choice offered. On plus side no set times for breakfast so no need to rush or get up by a particular time. Sea just behind hotel, lovely and warm. Main strip 10 min walk, fine, apart from having to hold your breath walking past the rubbish piled up on the side of the road. As there was a refuse strike the pile/smell grew worse as the week went by, this marred the holiday as you had to pass the rubbish to get to the main strip. Recommended restaurants 1. Rousso's, 2. The Village and of the cheapies (2 courses for 7 euros) 3. Big Max. Met some lovely people, laughed till I cried and had lots of fun. "

- "Lemon Grove is a lovely hotel and a little gem of a find. It is clean, quiet and has a nice pool. There is no resturant or bar, which we found was a bonus as it meant the hotel was more quiter. There is a cheap bar with food next doors, which also has a pool. There are many dining options with a few minutes walk. We had been very pleased to stay at the Lemon Grove and will be back one day soon." - "The room was acceptable for size outside side space was nice , great pool. However the room had black mold behind the beds all over the bathroom, to the point it made us sick. Room service was 4 times out of nine days We received only one towel each when the room was cleaned, with no toiletries in the bathroom one tiny bar of soap. The cleaning person made one twin bed nicely the other had the blanket just thrown on top of a unmade bed this happened twice, why you wonder, we sure did too. The shower was not really a shower just a tray on the floor with no shower surround of any type and water went all over the very shiny tiles making them a hazard for slipping. No room in the bathroom to keep anything dry while showering other than a hook for towel everything else got soaked. With one small bath mat it was drenched in very quick order. The beds were hard like a rack my friend had a huge bruise after sleeping on her side. Safe didn’t work. The kitchenette had no towels or anyway to clean the dishes that were provided let alone dish soap . After at least 100 stays on Hotels.com never have I stayed at a hotel rated good that was clearly not!! When we booked online the listing said A/C Upon arrival we were asked if we would like A/C for an extra fee of 10euros per night this is on top of the paid in full booking. Again never have I ever had to pay for an advertised amenities at the door when arriving. The owner was happy to help he just never followed through "

The IRINI holiday home complex is located in the south-east of the island, approx. 4.5 km from the charming village of Lefkimi and approx. 3 km south of the small harbour of Lefkimi, on a well-kept, huge garden plot with lawn, many Mediterranean flowers, plants and palm trees. The complex consists of 2 two-storey buildings, which are staggered one behind the other, and a single-storey building perpendicular to them. In the front building, which faces the sea, there are two adjoining studios on the ground floor. The flat on the upper floor is used as a holiday flat by the landlord couple. Microwave was handy for when I had leftovers from the night before. The room was amazing -- very spacious, well-decorated, -plenty of closet space for you to "move in" during your stay and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was also nice, and included a rainfall shower which was so nice after long days in the sun. While the walk was longer to go into town to join my friends, or to restaurants or to the strip, it was well worth having such a clean, beautiful, quiet and cozy stay at night for sure!"
