"Villa Marini" is located in Marina Serra (Tricase) a quiet town a few km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sanctuary, a town immersed in one of the most evocative and uncontaminated Apulian landscapes: the high and steep coast between Otranto and Capo di Leuca, an area protected by the regional park.

The villa consists of three apartments and a studio apartment.

The ground floor apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is in the bedroom), living room / kitchen, balcony and large veranda facing the sea (the entire veranda on the ground floor 4.5x9m. The apartment can be divided into two units as the third bedroom has its bathroom and an external kitchenette.

The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are large and suitable for up to 3 beds and in the living room / kitchen there is a double sofa bed.

The villa is in a peripheral position with respect to the small town of Marina Serra so in the absence of vehicular transit and directly overlooks the sea, reachable with easy access beyond the road in front of the villa plus a beautiful natural swimming pool also accessible for children at 150 m recently object of an article on Vanity Fair for its beauty and the former marina now become a swimming area with shallow waters.
