"Villa Marini" is located in Marina Serra (Tricase) a quiet town a few km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sanctuary, a town immersed in one of the most evocative and uncontaminated Apulian landscapes: the high and steep coast between Otranto and Capo di Leuca, an area protected by the regional park.

The villa consists of three apartments and a studio apartment.

The ground floor apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is in the bedroom), living room / kitchen, balcony and large veranda facing the sea (the entire veranda on the ground floor 4.5x9m. The apartment can be divided into two units as the third bedroom has its bathroom and an external kitchenette.

The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are large and suitable for up to 3 beds and in the living room / kitchen there is a double sofa bed.

The villa is in a peripheral position with respect to the small town of Marina Serra so in the absence of vehicular transit and directly overlooks the sea, reachable with easy access beyond the road in front of the villa plus a beautiful natural swimming pool also accessible for children at 150 m recently object of an article on Vanity Fair for its beauty and the former marina now become a swimming area with shallow waters.

- "We had a beautiful holiday in Tricase. The house was decorated with style with all warm earth colours. Even though it was 36 degrees outside the house stayed cool with the airco. We enjoyed laying on the sunbeds in the shade of the large oak, it was so beautiful. In the mean while we had a view over the wide garden. Also our dog came along, who was very welcome. He enjoyed the garden and the house a lot. Furthermore taking a shower outside when you com home after a warm day is lovely. Also tricase sursprised us. There were some tourist activities every second evening (markets, dance, art), further there were nice shopping opportunites and delicious restauarants (also in the harbour). Masseria Nonno Tore was our favorite, reservation is needed. The owner also gave us some good reccommendations. Therefore we had the chance to enjoy an amazing local party at Agriturismo Gli Ulivi. Further we met the neighboor (Alessandro) and his family. A very hard working lovely man. We went to his farm to see his olive trees and to see where he keeps the bees. For the sand beach you will need to drive a little. We also enjoyed te rock beaches (bring water shoes), about 10 minutes drive from the house. We would recommend everyone to wake up very early (before it's too warm) to make a walk along the coast and afterwards refresh into the sea. "

A few minutes walk from the lively seaside resort of Marina Serra, this small, enchanting holiday home is located in the middle of a private garden with Mediterranean vegetation and fantastic views of the sea and the cliffs.

At Marina Serra you can swim and refresh yourself in the crystal clear waters of the famous "natural swimming pools" carved into the rock, then relax on your terrace, sip a drink and listen to the cicadas while the sea below shimmers in all shades of blue.

The house was recently renovated and has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bathrooms with shower and a kitchen-living room opening onto the covered terrace with sea views.

The bedrooms are connected; the back bedroom can only be reached through the front one, i.e. the house may not be ideal for two couples, but is very suitable for a couple or a family with child(ren). The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment and dishwasher. There is a coffee machine as well as dishes, plates, pots, etc. so you can cook.

The house has air conditioning and a washing machine as well as free WiFi.

In the garden you will find several seating areas, including benches with cushions, a grill, an outdoor shower and fruit trees. Some cats come by regularly, and sometimes even a fox.

You can park your car along the small country road approximately 100 m from the house; the house can be reached from there via a practically flat footpath. The hillside location in the countryside, away from traffic, ensures a pleasant calm even in high season, when Marina Serra attracts a lot of people, but you can relax away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the view.

The beautiful volumes of the rooms, the cross-vaults, the high ceilings, keep the charm of this 19th century house, restructured with respect for the local tradition. The thick walls keep a pleasant temperature in every season and the double-west exposure allows to enjoy gray areas even during warm summer hours.
The stones of the house come from seaside quarries. Some are full of salt that can surface from time to time in some places. This confers a lived aspect that contributes to the charm of the house.
