Breakfast is served there, but we loved sitting out there in the evening. We met some really nice people from all over. In the back, there is a big sink where you can wash clothes (there was also soap for that purpose if you needed it) and clotheslines and racks for wet clothes and swimsuits. Things dried really fast. Maybe a block away is the ocean, the public beach. And Sal has chairs and umbrellas you can use if you want that option. But...we rented umbrellas at Samana Lido just a little further down the road and loved it. The public beach was okay, but Samana Beach was like Waikiki."

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Final cleaning for pets euro 45 to be paid upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
