You also literally can't hear yourself think when it's playing and there is absolutely no chance of having a conversation. The pool only had a couple of young families around it and nobody was enjoying it. All good apart from that."

- "Hotel with very nice view of the ocean, however older stansard but in a positive way. " - "Misleading information on website. This was NOT a wheelchair accessible room as the shower was a step over cubicle and no handrails or equipment around the toilet area. To access the ‘disabled’ toilet off the dining room area you would have to negotiate a 10” step up and then down a 6” step. Again no rails or toilet equipment. Staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough. The lovely receptionist was very apologetic and sourced us another hotel locally which had a wheelchair accessible toilet and shower. The swimming pool itself was absolutely filthy and the photos shown on the website must have been taken when this hotel was first built as there were no palm trees in the website photographs - yet in reality there were quite a few that are now more than 60ft tall.
