Villa Spiros is located in the quiet area of Imerolia in Kassiopi 35 km from Corfu Town. Our spacious holiday villa of 170sq.m, has a private heated pool (on request with extra cost), balconies with amazing views to the sea and the Albanian coastline and is the perfect destination for your holidays in Corfu and especially in Kassiopi. Villa Spiros in Imerolia can sleep up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, two shower baths and two WCs with the possibility of showers.
On the ground floor of Villa Spiros there is a spacious private guest room which features two single beds and a private bathroom. An exterior staircase leads to the first floor and the pool area. Entering the house there is an open plan living room and dining area. A little further is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessities’. - "We were a group of 8 friends , this villa was really suitable as none of us had to share a double bed. One of us had the fantastic master bedroom to themselves with ensuite so another used the upstairs sitting room (there isn't a door, but it is still private as the sofa/bed is round a corner- I didn't mention we would be using it and there was no extra bedding anywhere in the house, but we were given some the next day. The cleaner comes every other day, we didn't expect or need that really, but a bonus for many. The pool, lounging and the many seating areas are amazing. Sea views everywhere. The pool temperature was fine in May, no need to pay for heating. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there was a barbeque and dining area on the higher level . The bedroom on the ground floor had an ensuite with bath tub with a place that you could sit down and shower. One twin bedroom on the main floor beside the pool but no direct access as it had a balcony rail. There is a downstairs toilet across the way. Upstairs in asition to the master bedroom and small sitting room there is another twin room and a large shared bathroom with a spa bath and a very good seperate shower. The level walk into Kassioppi is 10-15 minutes, the track up to the villa is steep but short."

Entering the villas grounds you have the private pool to yyour left and outside dining table to your right.Just off the pool area on the left is the BBQ.
You enter the villa on the first floor, here you are greeted with the open plan living and dining area. On your left is the kitchen separated from the living area. It is fully equipped and has breakfast dining as well. On your left before entering kitchen there is the WC. From each room delightful sea views to soak up. There are central stairs leading both upstairs to the Main Suite and downstairs to the further 3 bedrooms.
On the top floor is located the Main Suite which consists of the main bedroom with front balcony at the foot of the bed with stunning views to wake up to and an extra large en-suite bathroom with 3/4 sized shower , two sinks and a big step to bath with a wall to wall large window mirrored with panoramic view . The left side of the bedroom leads at an enormous veranda with sofa and two armchairs. The veranda is accesible also from the hall outside the bedroom so other guests can come and enjoy the space. The ground floor level has three bedrooms - one double and one twin which have doublesized veranda doors leading out to a side path back up to the pool area. The other twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom as well is at the back without direct outside access so very suitable for the very young guests.Both twin bedrooms can be made in to doubles and one of them is large enough for a third twin bed also.
The view...
Another big bonus of stopping in Villa Christos is the unrivaled view. From anywhere you stand on or around the villa, you profit from incommunicable spectacular views. Whilst relaxing at the villa, take time to enjoy your backdrop over Kassiopi village, Ionian sea, winding coastline, Byzantium castle and the nearby highest moutain in Corfu- mount Pantokratas.

The pool...
The private pool area -with that fantastic view- is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life, day or night. Displays a huge marble table in which you can envisage morning coffees, ‘al-fresco’ dining (straight from the BBQ) and late night, night-caps happening at. There is more than enough room for sunbathing and lazing about outside, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the views and climate. For those not so sun-friendly, there are shaded areas, parasols and covered verandas too. Every outside area is ornamented by flowers, grass and greenery. Combining this with the subtle lighting around the villa and it makes a haven of tranquility and pure bliss. We provide pool heating upon request, the cost is extra.

The space...
Set over 3 levels, the villa easily and very comfortably sleeps 8 people. We have an extra single bed for a 9th person, plus wooden cots and high chairs for our little visitors. All our bedrooms are very generous in size and have ample wardrobe space so you can live clutter free, hiding that suitcase you'll forget it's there! The living area is a comfortable size for everyone to relax and there are lots of spots outside for both relaxing and enjoying some solitude as well enjoying some company. It is an ideal villa for large families or large group of friends wanting to holiday together but wanting their own space too.

Our personal favourite feature...
The top floor of the villa boasts an exquisite master bedroom, en-suite and huge veranda. Top grade luxury and set apart from the other bedrooms, you truly feel like king of the castle. If you are lucky enough to sleep in there, leave your curtains open and wake up to the whole of Kassiopi at your feet. The master en-suite is enormous with his and hers sinks, a 3/4 sized shower enclosure and huge step-in bath with a wall to wall mirrored (i.e. one-sided) window. The private veranda boasts a lovely comfy seating area with the best views Kassiopi has to offer. Big enough for all the company to enjoy .

Villa Olga is for sure a special property. Airy, spacious, provided with a generously sized private pool an uniquely located. This 3-bedroomed villa stands in the heart of the sought after seaside resort of Kassiopi: a car is not required! Therefore it is probably the only detached villa with private pool within the Kassiopi area, just an easy walk away from supermarkets, bars, shops, restaurants, harbor and many beaches. Fully air-conditioned, the villa can sleep easily up to 6+2 guests and has beautiful gardens, sun terraces, cheerful decor, private parking.



Inside, the villa is set over one floor and has been recently renovated to offer a perfect holiday experience. Entrance through the front patio is onto the spacious lounge with sofas, extra single sofa bed (mostly suitable for a child) so that the other sofas can be anyway used by the guests, satellite TV, DVD player, music system, wi-fi internet. The adjoining kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with all the essentials for a full self catering holiday (including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, oven, 4 cooking rings, kettle, toaster, full size fridge/freezer, large dining table). The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, all decorated with style in bright colors to emphasize the summer feeling of this sweet house. One of the bedrooms has double beds while the others have twin beds that can be converted into doubles if required. An extra folding bed (suitable for a child) can be provided in one of the bedrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned (included in the price) both in the bedrooms and in the lounge area. There are 2 brand new family bathrooms, stylishly finished.



Outside, the villa is set within 800sqm of private grounds with trees, flowers, shrubs. Extensive terraces surround the villa both at the front (garden facing) and at the back (pool facing) for relaxation during any time of the day. The newly added private pool measures 6m x 5m and depth is between 0.9m and 1.7m. Comfortable sunbeds, parasols, poolside dining area and brick-built barbecue are provided for relaxing hours under the Corfiot sun and delicious charcoal grilled dinners (the poolside area is beautifully lit at night). Yet with such a wide array of beaches, amenities and shops within easy walking distance, the choice between pool and sea will be really hard! Private parking for up to 2 cars is available at the back of the villa.

- "The villa was ideal for my family of six. Very well maintained with a lovely pool and plenty of outside seating areas. The owner visited many times to clean the pool and remove rubbish and was very friendly and helpful. Communication through Dadovillas (who rent out the villa via VRBO) was excellent and reassuring. They advised us of local taxi company for our airport transfers. Kassiopi was a 10 minute walk away where there is a lovely harbour and lots of choice for meals out. Also several little bays and beaches within walking distance (we decided against a hire car which was the right choice as the roads were extremely busy and chaoctic and few car parks). My only slight criticism is that no mention was made of the fact that the villa sits on the main road which was noisy. However due to the garden and position of the villa being at right angle to the road, you werent at all overlooked and the pool area was private. Overall it was a fantastic villa in a good location and we would highly recommend."

There was another beach nearby villa which was rocky, no beds but quiet. Maria was very easy to contact and answered any questions that we had straight away. - "Lovely villa in a great location" - "Everything was exactly as shown in the photos - beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short distance from the city. We did have a small incident where we accidentally locked ourselves out of the villa. Thankfully, the owner was incredibly responsive and came to unlock the doors for us using a spare key, all at no extra cost. In the middle of our stay, someone came to change our towels and take out the rubbish, which was a nice touch and helped keep everything fresh and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the swimming pool left blue marks on our skin from the paint on the bottom and walls. However, this was not a major issue and did not significantly impact our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay."

Agni restaurants are definitely worth a visit too and you can get a free boat from Kalamai bay (where the Durells lived and also a fab place to visit) Which was a wonderful experience! Although you don't need a car I do recommend one as there is so much to see on the island . Also I recommend that you book the restaurants in advance to make life easier if you are a big party. The location...
The biggest benefit in staying in Villa Eleni is it's location. Set in the exclusive and underpopulated corner of Anatoliko, Kassiopi, it combines the much wanted serenity of a secluded location with the convenience of having close proximity to Kassiopi's village centre and Kassiopi harbour. A prime spot and a rarity for a villa of Eleni's size and luxury. After enjoying a relaxing meal down in the harbour, you can take a stroll back to the villa. Via a little-known path you can be back enjoying drinks relaxing on the sofas by the pool in less than 5 minutes. A safe and easy journey, not too strenuous for older visitors and suitable for letting younger adults enjoy their first taste of freedom too without the worry of how they shall return. No need to worry though that your privacy and peace would be threatened being so close to all amenities. A walking tour...
You enter the villa s grounds on the first floor with the off road parking to your left and external stairs down to the large pool area on your right.
Enter the villa on the first floor with the open plan living and dining room with a covered side balcony enjoying pool and sea views. WC leads just off the living area and then the separate kitchen fully equipped with breakfast dining table and double doors open to the view. There are central stairs leading both upstairs to the Main Suite and downstairs to the further 3 bathrooms.
On the top floor set apart from the other bedrooms is the Main Suite complies of the main bedroom with front balcony at the foot of the bed with stunning views to wake up to , an extra large en-suite bathroom with 3/4 sized shower and a big step down bath with a wall to wall mirrored window with view. The bedroom leads to enormous veranda with sofa and two armchairs. Veranda is accessible also from the hall outside the bedroom so other guests can come and enjoy the space with the panoramic views over Kassiopi village,harbour ,beach and mountin.
The ground floor level has three bedrooms , one double and one twin with double- sized veranda doors leading directly onto the pool area plus one twin bedroom with en- suite bathroom at the back with no direct access outside( suitable for children) .The other 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well, the one is large enough for a third twin bed also. The pool area is one huge continual space with a covered veranda with sofa and arm chairs , covered outside dining table and big sized BBQ and the XL pool.
The pool...
In designing the villa, huge importance was put on creating the most peaceful outside space as your summer holidays are of course spent mostly enjoying the fresh air. The private pool area is of a very generous size and the pool itself is one of the largest available in the private rental villa market on the island. Relax on the plush, cushioned sunbeds close to your family and friends or enjoy a little solitude - there's room for both. One end of the space displays a huge marble table (canopied for comfort whilst dining) and large family-size BBQ. Another side boasts a covered veranda with sofa and armchairs-perfect to escape from the sun for a while but even more perfect for an evening prosecco or two. We provide pool heating upon request, the cost is extra.

The space...
Set over 3 levels, the villa easily and very comfortably sleeps 8 people. We have an extra single bed for a 9th person, plus wooden cots and high chairs for our little visitors. We own a secondary villa - Villa Christos ref: 10785731 - in the same neighborhood and so bookings for very large parties is also possible. All our bedrooms are very generous in size and have ample wardrobe space so you can live clutter free, hiding that suitcase you'll forget it's there! The living area is too, a comfortable size for everyone to relax. There is more than enough room for sunbathing and lazing about outside, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the views and climate. For those not so sun-friendly, there are shaded areas, parasols and covered verandas too. Every outside area is ornamented by flowers, grass and greenery. Combining this with the subtle lighting around the villa and it makes a haven of tranquility and pure bliss. It is an ideal villa for large families or large group of friends wanting to holiday together but wanting their own space too.

The view...
Another big bonus of stopping in Villa Eleni is the view. From the top two floors you profit from incommunicable spectacular views. Whilst relaxing at the villa, take time to enjoy your backdrop over Kassiopi village, Ionian sea, winding coastline, Byzantium castle and the nearby highest moutain in Corfu- mount Pantokratas.

Our personal favourite feature...
The top floor of the villa boasts an exquisite master bedroom, en-suite and huge veranda. Top grade luxury and set apart from the other bedrooms, you truly feel like king of the castle. If you are lucky enough to sleep in there, leave your curtains open and wake up to the whole of Kassiopi at your feet. (We have black-out blinds for those not so light-friendly though!) The master en-suite is enormous with his and hers sinks, a 3/4 sized shower enclosure and huge step-in bath with a wall to wall mirrored (i.e. one-sided) window. The private veranda boasts a lovely comfy seating area with the best views Kassiopi has to offer. Big enough for all the company to enjoy .

- "The house was very suitable, as it had a ground floor bedroom plus two rooms upstairs, all bedrooms are ensuite, the pool is lovely, the balcony has a nice view, and the kitchen is adequate. The parking is very tiny and not easy to use. Some amenities were not good, considering the cost - there were no towels for the downstairs toilet, no way to wash up dishes in the kitchen (we had to buy a brush and cloths), no batteries in the remote controls, a broken DVD player, no soap in bathrooms - all these things should be provided as basic amenities in the house. Overall, we would definitely come back to this villa- the location in Kassiopi is very good for shops and restaurants (though not good for the beach) and the pool was lovely."

Helonaki is situated down a quiet road just as you enter the beautiful village of Kassiopi. It has 4 double rooms, a pool, and a beautiful view. Surrounded by olive trees, it has a sense of privacy, making it a wonderful choice for a summer holiday in Corfu.

This is a newly renovated villa, just a short walk from the center of Kassiopi and the harbour. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of seating areas indoors and out, an outd oor dining area, large bbq area and sunloungers around the pool, where families or friends can relax on their stay in Corfu. 9 people can stay here, with the 9th person sleeping on a camp bed.

Layout

The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor are 2 double rooms and a separate bathroom. The rooms have balcony doors which lead to the downstairs patio and built in wardrobes. The first floor consists of a large open plan living room, kitchen with island and dining area, all with a view of the pool and the sea in the distance. A small set of stairs takes you to 2 further bedrooms - the master with luxurious ensuite shower room with Juliette balcony, separate dressing room and has sliding doors leading on to a private balcony. The second bedroom on this floor has an ensuite shower room and built in wardrobes. Sliding doors open onto a private terrace at the back of the house leading to the pool. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. On the ground level there is a very large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry airer and ironing board.

- "We had a fantastic two weeks at the villa. The location is great – far enough out of town to be secluded, but close enough to be easily walkable. And it’s a lovely walk to get to town – a little over 10 minutes easy walk along the seafront. Nikos makes things very easy – he is always available if you need anything and is a great owner. The very private beach is a really nice feature of the property. We were down there most days either swimming or lounging around. A couple of other people used it during our stay, but it was mainly just us. There was plenty of room at the villa for us all regardless of whether we were inside the house, outside around/in the pool, or having a barbecue in the eating and cooking area. A lovely housekeeper visited three times a week to help keep things in order, change, towels and bedding etc All in all, we had a great stay and I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Kamelia."

The Location...
This gorgeous home-from-home villa is located in the exclusive area of Anatoliko, Kassiopi - a quiet, underpopulated corner of the village which has everything in easy walking distance. This benefit is rare for a villa of this size to have. As they say 'location, location, location' and this villa has it. Take a 3 minute stroll along the flat, well-lit path to Kassiopi high street and here you shall find the first taverna, bar, supermarket and bakery. Perfectly do-able distances for not so able-bodied guests. In 300m you can be relaxing by the sea. Whilst there is one main beach in Kassiopi and three smaller picturesque bays to choose from - all within a gentle walk's distance - this little cove is almost exclusive. A hidden gem we'll help you discover! With such short distances, it's easy to understand that car hire is not necessary making it ideal for families or groups of friends wanting a hassle-free, no designated driver, holiday. For families with elder teenagers, it is nice for them to have a taste of freedom without the worry of how they shall get back after an evening out. Everyone's happy!

The Exterior...
In Designing the villa, huge importance was put on creating the most relaxing and peaceful outside space as your summer holidays are of course, spent mostly enjoying the fresh air. From the pool area you enjoy uninterrupted views of the flora and fauna surrounding this under populated area plus look on towards the largest mountain of Corfu: Mount Pantokrator. A good size space for large parties, enjoy lounging on our plush cushioned sunbeds surrounding the pool or under over newly canopied marble dining table. A great place to relax and enjoy life. Morning coffees, alfresco dining and late night holidays are made of!
The purposely positioned pool area enjoys sun from dawn till dusk giving you unsolicited sunbathing time, a benefit that not all villas have. Of course for those not so sun friendly, we have plenty of parasols and covered verandas too. At the back of the property secured with stone walls is a lovely extra outside area. Here you find the large family size BBQ and secondary outside dining table. Away from the fun and games of the pool, this space is perfect to indulge in a little solitude in the sun.

The Pool...
The generously sized private pool features proper walk-in steps into the water. Stretching half of the width of the pool so an idyllic spot to sit in the shallows to cool off. Boasting also a shallow children's pool for our small guests! Non-slip tiles surround the pool and we clean the water ourselves with the minimum advised amount of chlorine etc. for safer, healthier swimming.

The Interior...
Set over three levels, Villa Petrino easily and comfortably sleeps 8 persons with the ability for an extra 9th guest. The four bedrooms are all bright, airy and stylishly fresh looking. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space so you can live clutter-free, hiding the suitcase away and feeling more at home! The four ensuite bathrooms are well sized and well maintained. Featuring double sized showers, single sized shower and a bath with shower attachment, there is a bathroom to suit everyone.
The living room is open plan leads to the pool via veranda doors and onto the kitchen/dining area so there is never anyone separated from the party, missing out on the fun and conversation. It has a comforting, homely feel which invites the guest to truly relax. Whilst the fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for easy self catering.

The villa has two large covered terraces - one joint balcony between the top two bedrooms with lovely sea views and the second at ground level stretching the full property's length. Happily providing you every opportunity to enjoy the views and climate.
