I would say a special mention to Ana, the housekeeper who is just lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The villa is over three floors and has a spiral staircase connecting each - if you have very young children (toddlers) these staircases could be a problem as they are open tread. I would also say those with any walking difficulties would find this villa unsuitable. I would definitely rebook this villa, Agni travel were great - really efficient booking service and very helpful."

In the distance the famous Caretta beach on Mounda bay where the loggerhead turtles lay their eggs can be seen. Surrounding the infinity pool is an outside patio area with BBQ, sun loungers and parasols, there is also a covered outside eating area for alfresco dining. The villa is fully equipped to a high standard with Satellite TV, DVD, dishwasher,and microwave. Wi-fi ,and air con throughout. All bedrooms have private balconies with amazing views. Anemoni will appeal to guests looking for a family holiday with a 'get away' feel but still within easy access to the local amenities. Private parking is available for 2 cars.

Pharmacies are located in the many villages and towns. 8km away is the pretty resort town of Skala with its pavement cafes and wide selection of restaurants, from traditional Greek Tavernas to Chinese, Italian and Indian restaurants. With 5km of gently shelved shore, pristine sandy beaches, children's play areas, a variety of water sports, scuba diving, plus taxi boats ready to take you to deserted beaches or neighbouring villages, there's plenty to attract all age groups. The quaint town of Fiskardo on the north of the island can be reached within 2 hours with many beautiful places of interest to see along the way including the famous Myrtos beach, Assos, Agia Efimia and Sami. Some of the mountain roads have spectacular views and the mountain goats are often seen grazing along the steep cliffs, wild mountain horses roam the famous Mount Aenos which rises up through the middle of the island.

- "The villa's location was perfect for us. Sat far enough up and away from the resort to be totally peaceful but close enough that it was just a 10 mim walk to the front at Katelios - just be prepared for the big hill! It is situated.on the edge of a forrested area and is surrounded by beautiful flowers and fauna and you will feel totally immersed with nature. The views are to die for. The pool is a fantastic size. You get sun from sunrise through to about 6.30 which is when the sun drops behind the hill (July). The villa inside is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. Any issues were very quickly dealt with by the host. We did run out of running water on the last day....not the villa's fault but worth knowing that this can happen. Despite this, it did not detract from a 5☆rated stay. We would.love to return."

- "We just couldnt fault the Villa and its setting, we were a party of 4 adults and a 1 year old and it had absolutely everything we could need. Extremely comfortable, spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The outside was private and very large with a beautiful pool and large grass area. It was within an easy 10 minute stroll to the sea front. This is the best Villa we have stayed in so far in Katelios. Agni were, as usual very helpful, polite and informative. If you stay at this Villa you will not regret it."
