This lovely villa is ideally located among olive trees and beautiful flowers in a relaxing and peaceful surrounding. It is stylishly furnished throughout and fully equipped with everything you need for your holidays. Everything was very comfortable - only thing missing was a breadknife! Communication was excellent: The pool umbrella was slightly broken and a replacement was quickly arranged. We arrived really late but they were waiting for us and there was a comprehensive welcome pack which got us started on our first day. The Villa situation is off the beaten track but it is a very short drive to the beautiful Fiscardo and an even shorter drive to Foki Beach. It has fantastic views, and because once up the steps you are all on one level it is perfect for relaxed family living. The swimming pool is gorgeous and great for a dip first thing or at the end of the day after the beach. We spent a couple of pool days, chilling and eating and there are plenty of spaces for us and our teenage children to have a bit of privacy. The sharing of the bathroom which is small and not ideal for essentially 4 adults, served it’s purpose, it isn’t a deal breaker though, as the rest of this gorgeous place more than makes up for it. The villa has everything you need, it is so well appointed. We would definitely book again, we loved it."

- "Villa Rosa is a top of the range villa with stunning views over Fiskado and Ithaca. It is very well equipped and the garage parking is a bonus as it keeps the cars cool. The welcome picnic was excellent and the home made marmalade was delicious." - "We are a family of 7 ages 14 to 79 years. The layout of the property was perfect for us, with the bedrooms downstairs being at either end of the villa and each with their own bathroom. The upstairs had another bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. There are several steps up to the property. We drove to the nearest village to eat and walked home which was exactly 2km, mainly downhill. Easily walked both ways for most people. The village also had a couple shops which had ample stock if you didnt want to go further afield. We enjoyed eating in Kefall-onia taverna in Maganos. There were a couple other tavernas also. Upon arrival we were delighted with the platters of food left for us, along with milk, water and wine. There is a Tassimo coffee machine. Pods for these can be found in the discount supermarket a few kilometers away. The views were outstanding and I would love to return to this beautiful villa."

Villa Antikleia is in a quiet and secluded location in a pristine valley with a view that extends up to the sea. It is located in an estate of about 3 acres, which was once a vineyard and vegetables garden that was damaged by the construction of the villa and is now slowly re cultivated.

Peaceful and secluded, it is located in Touliata about 15 minutes by car from the coastal town of Fiskardo, 5 minutes from the village of Magganos. Athina is thoughtful: in her delightful presentation of the house, her attentiveness to guests (the house was cleaned and linen and towels changed every three days) and in little touches such as the 'starter pack' of groceries provided on arrival. But the house, the house. We kept discovering little artefacts and other neat little signs of pride. The gardens were also lovely, giving plenty of exterior space. The only minor niggles were slow wifi (probably a good thing) and the pool, which was just about big enough for two small children to swim and play. A killer whale would displace all the water - so if you have one, don't bring it. Our favourite nearby restaurants: Ionion Restaurant in Magganos (which Athina rightly recommended) and Veggera Taverna in Vasilikiades. "

Villa Bahari, a wonderful peaceful villa, is situated in the the village of Antipata, close to the colourful and thriving harbour of Fiskardo. The villa sits atop a slight rise on a road down to one of the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia. This traditionally built stone house, built in 2008 by the previous Greek owner, has been built to very high specifications and is surrounded by pine, olive and cypress forest. The villa has far reaching views to Ithaca, Lefkas and beyond to Meganisi and the mainland.

Antipata is home to a traditional Greek restaurant and a small shop, conveniently situated only a 5 minute walk away, and the 20 minute walk to Dafnoudi beach involves a quiet amble down an old country road, followed by forest with the sea glistening suddenly in the near distance.

Below the villa the area is forested, and in the evenings goat bells can be heard as goats forage below on their way through the forest. The villa sits in an acre of grounds, and includes a lovely cooling pool with large pergola providing plenty of shade, flowers and fruit trees. There are also electric gates, keeping the villa both private and secure.

Villa Bahari is built on 3 levels and decorated tastefully in neutral colours throughout. The first floor comprises the main open plan living area of sitting room and kitchen, with doors opening out on to a covered dining area with table for 8. Here one can enjoy meals looking out over the forest to the sea beyond, on those perfect warm summer evenings. There are also 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom on this floor. Both bedrooms have doors leading out to a 'wrap around' terrace joining the outdoor dining area.

On the second floor the Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. and a large terrace with views looking out towards Lefkas and the mountains of Greece beyond. Sitting here with a glass of wine in the early evening is heavenly!

On the ground floor a double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom have recently been built. This is a cool, private room, with direct access to the pool area and with its own entrance. Next to it is a 'storage' room, with cupboards and drawers for guests and plenty of space for storing suitcases. This will be charged at an extra cost of £525 for the week.

The pool is small but stays wonderfully cool and has plenty of space for 8 sun loungers and a gazebo providing shade. The pool has a filter, like all pools, which can become clogged up with sun cream. PLEASE ensure you do NOT go in the pool until 10-15 minutes after applying the cream; if you don't, the filter will not work and the pool will become green and dirty. It will also mean many more visits by Dennis, pool man and gardener, and this can impinge on your privacy and time relaxing.

The beautiful coastline, mountains, forest covering vast tracts of land and low rise properties make this a wonderful island to visit. Kefalonians are friendly, helpful and rightly proud of their island. They mean to keep it pristine, with strict laws concerning building (buildings over 3 storeys are not allowed) and forbidding the cutting down of trees.

Fiskardo is only 3 km away, a lovely old harbour famous for its beauty, unspoilt eighteenth century architecture, choice of tavernas and wonderful display of traditional fishing boats as well as glamorous yachts.

There are many beaches to choose from. Dafnoudi is within walking distance, Kimilia is a longer walk through the forest, or can be reached by car (with a short walk at the end), Foki beach has it’s own taverna and is close to Fiscardo, and Alaties and Jerusalem beach are a 10 minute drive away. They all have unspoilt clear blue sea, and are perfect for swimming. At Jerusalem beach you can hire sun loungers for a few hours or for the day. There is also a particularly excellent restaurant here.

BOOKING
For 2025, we have decided to allow only adults, or young couples with babies up to 2 years old, due to noise for our neighbours, water shortage and general wear and tear but will assess it for the following year. It is a peaceful location and is perfect for those who want a quiet 'get away from it all' holiday.
We also ask that NO extra guests visiting stay the night, this is for paid only guests.

The price is for 6 guests and includes all sheets, towels and pool towels. As mentioned above, if you are 7 or 8 people and need the separate basement bedroom and bathroom, this will be £80 extra per night in the high season, £65 in the low season.

Our bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday, but we are happy to accommodate you if you find this difficult, providing there is availability.

Having fallen in love with the breathtaking view from the hill, the owners, Andromahi and Stefanos, decided to buy the property and build a house to take advantage of the vista. Being part of the only area in Fiskardo which has traditional Venetian homes that survived the 1952 earthquake, the house was built along the same strict design.
The house was designed to take full advantage of the surrounding views and the abundant summer light and it has been furnished with, high-end furniture, beds (pillow top mattresses) and linen (400 thread-count pure cotton), air-conditioning throughout, WiFi, Satellite & Antenna TV, TV’s, a high-fidelity speaker, comprehensive security and camera intercom systems, the most modern appliances and a fully-equipped kitchen amenities.

From Kefalonia International Airport Anna Pollatou, drive approximately 15min following the signs to Argostoli. After Lassi area continue onto Sklavou. Take the second sharp turn right onto Souidias Rd. At the end of the road turn right onto EO Argostoliou -Samis. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and continue onto EO Argostoliou -Samis. After Coutavos lagoon and De Bosset bridge, the road turms right and becomes EO Argostoliou. At the first crossing, turn left and stay on EO Argostoliou. Keep driving and always follow the signs to Myrtos beach-Divarata Village. When arriving to Divarata, follow the signs to Fiskardo. You pass Magganos village and you turn right to Antipata village. After 4 km you will find your destination on your right.

The living and dining rooms open out, through wide glass doors, to a substantial furnished patio & entertainment area, overlooking the sea and gardens below. The outdoor area includes a built-in BBQ (charcoal) and outdoor kitchen including a marble bar, refrigerator, and sink. In front of the living and dining room is a large infinity pool with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas – all overlooking the sea. From Kefalonia International Airport Anna Pollatou, drive approximately 15min following the signs to Argostoli. After Lassi area continue onto Sklavou. Take the second sharp turn right onto Souidias Rd. At the end of the road turn right onto EO Argostoliou -Samis. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit and continue onto EO Argostoliou -Samis. After Coutavos lagoon and De Bosset bridge, the road turms right and becomes EO Argostoliou. At the first crossing, turn left and stay on EO Argostoliou. Keep driving and always follow the signs to Myrtos beach-Divarata Village. When arriving to Divarata, follow the signs to Fiskardo. When arriving to village Magganos, you will find super market Magganaras on the right side of the road. Keep driving to the same road for 1.2km and then turn left. You will find your destination on the left.
