Everything was very comfortable - only thing missing was a breadknife! Communication was excellent: The pool umbrella was slightly broken and a replacement was quickly arranged. We arrived really late but they were waiting for us and there was a comprehensive welcome pack which got us started on our first day. It has fantastic views, and because once up the steps you are all on one level it is perfect for relaxed family living. The swimming pool is gorgeous and great for a dip first thing or at the end of the day after the beach. We spent a couple of pool days, chilling and eating and there are plenty of spaces for us and our teenage children to have a bit of privacy. The sharing of the bathroom which is small and not ideal for essentially 4 adults, served it’s purpose, it isn’t a deal breaker though, as the rest of this gorgeous place more than makes up for it. - "We had a fabulous time at Nikoletta’s villa, it’s so peaceful and a great location being close to Fiskardo, Assos and some lovely little Taverna’s (we even went greek dancing with Nikoletta’s mum at one of the taverna’s!). The pool and terrace were a lovely place to relax. Nikoletta was so helpful giving us tips of where to go and eat and even bought us some shopping as our flight was severely delayed." - "This a beautiful villa within walking distance to a beautiful cove with an excellent beach bar / restaurant. The house was very clean and comfortable with a pretty garden and good sized pool . The bedroom balcony had an amazing view of the sea , lovely spot to sit and watch the sunset . The drive to Fiskardo is within 10 minutes . The host is very friendly , responsive and keen to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible .
