At the side of this terrace, adjacent to the covered area, there is a magnificent stone barbecue.
Also from the large terrace overlooking the whole garden, through a masonry staircase not covered, you enter the first floor, where there is a dependence completely independent consisting of: double bedroom with bathroom / shower relevance and balcony-terrace romantic sea ​​View.
The large garden of relevance with lawn, pines, olive trees and ornamental plants, is equipped in various points with garden furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas. In some areas there are stone benches and ancient 'pile' planters of great value.
