- "My family and I had a lovely time ! Communication was easy and check in was no problem. The property is excellent for families. " - "Positves: The outside grounds, pool area is very beautiful and relaxing, the highlight of the property. The check-in process was prompt and efficient. Nuteral: The kitchen is sparsely supplied, cheap quality cutlery and utensils. A few grams of salt and black pepper were the kitchen supplies. The living room is poorly furnished with a pull out couch and some plastic chairs covered with a layer of dust; not very suited to relaxing in Negative: The day after our arrival I was contacted by the hosts, requesting my personal tax number (social security number.) I thought this was an error by the hosts. When I queried the request I was told, “according to Italian law” it was mandatory for me to supply my tax id number, so they could issue me an invoice. I advised the host that under no circumstances would I provided my tax number. My Social Security number, combined with the hosts having my passport information home address, would expose me all kinds of identity fraud. The next day the hosts relented in requesting this information. Stating, non EU resident were exempt from this “law.” Note: I was never issued any invoice by the hosts. Hosts should NEVER made demands of this nature. So please be aware of this dubious tactic. Due space limitations, I can’t advise of the comical 2 roll limit on providing toilet paper to guests."

The Villa star shaped layout was designed by an Italian architect with Bauhaus affinities, built in early 80's for private family use.
Different volumes correspond to the different interior areas, projecting outwards, looking onto the garden, through its large windows landscape portions and light come in each room at different times of day.

The villa, with its attention to details, quality furniture and finishings, creates a refined lay back intimate atmosphere.
The villa is on two levels: a ground floor with open- space living area which annexes dining area, tv lounge; large windows overlook patio and park. It is equipped with satellite channels TV, DVD, IPod / IPhone docking station and CD Stereo. From this living area access to the swimming pool and gardens.
The kitchen is also ideal for those who like cooking and is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, breakfast bar and fridge freezer; it opens onto a shaded veranda furnished with an outdoor extendible dining table.
Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and wash basin.
On ground floor there is the en suite bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The property accommodates up to 10 people in its bedrooms. Beside the bedroom en suite, there are 4 bedrooms on the first floor: the master bedroom and three bedrooms with separate beds, which may be optionally doubled. One bedroom opens onto a panoramic terrace with solarium dominating the landscape.
This floor is provided with a large bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
