As soon as you drive up to the property you feel a sigh of relief at the tranquillity and beauty, this does not stop when you walk through the door.
The Victorian Stables has been decorated to a very high standard which oozes charm with a wealth of beams. The light and open plan living/kitchen/dining area is the perfect entertaining space, or to just sit with your favourite book in front of the wood burner. The fully fitted bespoke shaker kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, whilst the dining area looks onto the garden which is accessed via French doors. From the living area there is a galleried floor which is a wonderful area to just sit and read a book and relax. There is a master bedroom with Kingsize bed and en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a lovely roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. The rear garden is laid to lawn and there is an undercover seating area, perfect for summer barbecues. The large private patio is the perfect place to sit relaxing in the sun after dipping in the hot tub and enjoying your favourite tipple under the stars. This stunning property is a perfect base for walking or cycling through the Hertfordshire countryside.
The nearby village of Kimpton, with a pub, Post Office and General Stores, is situated in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside between the Mimram and Lea River valleys, about 3 miles from Harpenden. It is well connected, with St Albans, Hitchin, Welwyn Garden City, Luton and Stevenage all within a short car journey, as are the M1 and A1(M). Travelling into Central London can take under an hour, ideal for a trip to the theatre, sightseeing or some retail therapy.
Hitchin is a picture-perfect market town in north Hertfordshire, with a strong sense of community. There are regular summer street parties and a fun annual duck race to look out for. With plenty to explore here, walkers will love Stotfold Water Mill and nature reserve, with a tearoom and gift shop, or St Paul’s Walden Bury, an 18th-century landscape garden. Parking is available for one car on site, the Town centre is about 2 minute walk.

- "We recently stayed in Apartment 2 for 10 days whilst visiting friends and family in Harpenden. We were blown away by the superior quality of the facilities, appliances and the thought that had gone into making our stay comfortable. Little things like having detergent for washing up and laundry capsules,tea towels were appreciated and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The apartment was a lovely size for our family of 4 and there was even space for the kids friends to sleep over. The sitting area is spacious with 2 double couches and there is a fantastic court yard with seats and a table which we used when we had friends over. The location of the apartments is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to the High street with it's restaurants, shops and supermarket. It is also only 10 minutes walk from the station which was great as we travelled into London a number of times. There is parking on sight which is invaluable as parking is very difficult around town and expensive. Tony who runs the apartment was a wonderful host, constantly checking we had everything we needed. We are delighted to review the property and look forward to making it our home again next year."

This stunning first floor studio apartment has just been completley refurbished to a very high standard. With its spacious bedroom/lounge area with bright and airy windows and a 40"smart TV full Wi Fi enabled. A wonderful galley kitchen with a walk through dressing area and a lovely querky shower room. Siuated in the heart of Harpenden and offering free on site parking and only a 1 minute walk to the main High Street and a few minutes to the mainline railway station in to Lnodon.

The property is a spacious 4 bedroom house, that has been furnished to a high standard, and has everything you need for that home from home experience.
Downstairs there is separate living area, with comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace and a TV fixed to wall. There is a modern kitchen, with bar stools and a separate dining area.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, two are fitted with double beds, with third turned into a fabulous nursery making the property suitable for any families with a small child.
The second floor has the master bedroom, which is fitted with a modern en-suite. The room has a large window feature, which scenic views overlooking the garden.
The large private garden at the rear which we find is a charming place to sit back and relax.
There is driveway parking with additional on-road parking available.
