So I called Expedia and they said it could be 72 hours before I hear anything because they tried reaching out to the owner and couldn’t get in contact with him. After some days went by the owner finally texted me saying he would be willing to give me half of my money back. Overall, I wasn’t happy about this place at all. Customer satisfaction should always be priority. I will not be coming back or recommending this place"
