Fully refurbished barn, done to a very high standard this colourful, modern barn provides a home away from home, surrounded by stunning gardens. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven as well as a fridge. A dining table doubles as a home office space, whilst in the living space the L shaped sofa and 65" TV allow for relaxing in front of Prime Video and Netflix, Disney.

Designed with guest comfort top of mind there are 'Emma' mattresses, Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy towels. Our duvets allow for different tog sizes to suit your comfort throughout the year and our duck feather filled pillows are medium / firm as well as medium / soft for each guest. Hypo allergenic micro foam pillows are also available, please ask.

The bathroom has just enough space for a leisurely bath or rain style shower.

The Moroccan Bell Tent is a spacious and cosy 6 meter in diameter themed glamping accommodation nestled in it's own clearing on a small family run woodland Glampsite. Looking out into the ancient woodland and surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the North Wessex Downs AONB The Moroccan Bell tent offers everything you need for a comfortable glamping stay, sleeping two adults in a soft double bed and up to 4 children 17 and under on fold out z beds. Hollington Park Glamping is the perfect place to chill, relax and get away from the normal hustle and bustle of life.

Bluebelle is a cute and cosy vintage styled Pod nestled in a small family run woodland Glampsite. Surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the North Wessex Downs AONB Daisy offers everything you need for a comfortable glamping stay, sleeping two adults in a soft double bed and up to 2 children 12 and under on fold out z beds. Whilst we offer everything you need for a self catering glamping stay including all cooking eating and washing up equipment, bedding towels tea coffee and sugar, we stay true to the camping vibe by drawing our guests outside with our private seating areas, private under cover cooking areas including gas stove and charcoal BBQ, under cover seating areas, firepits and bathrooms with flushing loos and hot showers right next door. The children can even make their own z beds which lay on the floor just like camping! there's just no need to bring any of the bedding as it's all included! The pods have electricity so contain fridges kettles and toasters and are heated! Everything on site is even drinking water so no need to bring that either!

Completely dog friendly the Glampsite is set in 10 acres of beautiful private woodland to explore, make dens, spot wildlife and the children can go wild, safely roaming through the maze like paths. We also have ducks geese chickens and peacocks in the garden for the children to make friends with!

Sit around the firepits at night time and toast marshmallows or go to our star gazing clearing and watch the night sky! Being in the AONB we are one of the last dark places in England with zero light pollution!

There is so much to do in the area, local attractions, hiking, walking and so many dog friendly pubs ranging from under a 1 mile stroll to a 3.8 mile hike across beautiful countryside.

About the property
This impressive country home comprises a 17th-century farmhouse and outbuildings that have been converted into a super-stylish retreat. An ideal escape to the country, you'll be surrounded by fields and have a private garden where you can relax and enjoy the views. Inside, there are cosy farmhouse touches including an Aga and an open fireplace, while boutique hotel-style additions include a freestanding copper bath. There's even a gym, should you wish to keep up with your daily workout. If you can bear to tear yourself away, there are country walks from the door and the house is well located for exploring the towns and villages of The Chilterns.
The space
This cosy country house brims with rustic elegance. Think bare brick walls, exposed ceiling beams and a roaring fire, teamed with a neutral colour palette, with a pop of bold colour every now and then. Plus, there's an exciting combination of classic and modern furniture and fittings.

On the ground floor, there's a large living room with an open fireplace, while the comfortable sofas and armchairs are perfect for getting cosy. There's a smaller, more formal living room too. With a wood-burning stove and a coffee table with a sunken drinks cabinet, it's ideal for everything from reading a book in peace with your favourite tipple to hand, to an afternoon snooze.

Meanwhile, the large farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room is an ideal space for entertaining and socialising. There's an impressive five-door Aga, plus all the modern conveniences you'd expect including a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Gather around the large dining table and enjoy a good meal, good company and chatting about the day's events.

Glass doors open to the terrace and garden beyond. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the BBQ area, relax on a sun lounger or warm up beside the fire pit on a chilly evening. There are stunning views of the surrounding fields and countryside, perfect for totally unwinding.

There's also a smart boot room/utility with a Belfast sink, a WC, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, plus plenty of space for a dog bed if you're bringing a four-legged friend with you.

Upstairs, there are three king-size bedrooms. The master has an opulent en-suite bathroom with a freestanding copper bath, a large walk-in shower, twin sinks and a WC, plus there's a dressing area. Of the other two bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and the other has an en-suite shower room.

There is also a family bathroom and an additional WC.

There are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, in one of the outbuildings. These bedrooms are decorated in a welcoming, barn style with wood-clad walls and luxurious touches.

If you're feeling energetic, there's also a gym room, as well as table tennis.

The house also has parking for up to five cars and storage for bicycles.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
