Cook up a meal in our small but equipped kitchen, which features everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy a warm cup of tea with our kettle, or start your day right with our Keurig coffee machine, Nespresso original machine and a traditional pot option while you enjoy the beautiful water views.

**Accessibility Note:**
Please be aware that our cottage features multiple sets of stairs leading to the outdoor amenities. It may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges or small children, as safety gates are not provided either.

**Parking Information:**
Parking is limited to two vehicles, so please plan accordingly. Larger vehicles such as RVs cannot be accommodated. In the winter months with the snow, it will be hard to accommodate even 2 cars.

**Guest Access:**
Guests will have access to the main floor of the cottage and the entire outdoor area. The basement is unfinished and not available for guest use. While I won't be on-site during your stay, I'm just a message away via the app or my cell phone for any assistance you may need.

I didn’t use the kitchen. Overall impression was good. Cabinets well stocked for cooking with 5 burner gas stove and refrigerator, also had all the small appliances. Kitchen table is glass with comfortable seating. The wood plank flooring throughout gave a nice clean feeling, I recommend removing the scattered rugs. Although my first impression wasn’t great, I will stay here again because I trust Arjun will continue to provide the services required for this property. "

Clean, working class area with single family homes. Light traffic, easy access to Rt. 3 (Main highway). Several schools and hospitals, police and fire stations with within 2 mile radius.

Very easy to get around a lot of one-ways streets. Not heavy traffic.

Most of the finished living spaces of the townhouse are for your sole use, but I advertise this as a one-bedroom because the second bedroom and some other areas are not available for renter use. This is centrally located near Manchester, Nashua, Lowell, bike/walking trails, historical landmarks, state/national parks, riverfront activities, etc.! Townhome has a suburban, peaceful-like feel. Open concept kitchen & dining room. There is a cantilevered deck and expansive lawn out back. Nice landscaping outside and houseplants inside. Lots of wildlife visit the yard such as birds, squirrels, rabbits, turtles, etc. Owner maintains a watchful eye over the exterior of the property at all times.
