And we did enjoy the one evening that were able to get home early enough to watch the Lakers the sun went down. This updated lake house has waterviews from every room and direct lake access! It is three bedrooms- 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and a balcony off of each, the third bedroom has bunk beds that are full on bottom and twin on top. All bedrooms are upstairs. There are lake views from every room! The couch in the family room also pulls out to a queen bed. 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom has a roomy custom shower. Bath downstairs has a full bath tub. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a grille for your use. The house has three decks. A sitting deck off the two bedrooms, a large deck off the family room, as well as a large deck at the water leading to the dock. Large yard for lawn games or just to let the kids run around. Large fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Small part of the lawn nicely shaded with hammock for afternoon naps. It is truly an oasis so close to Boston.

- "This property was the perfect setting for our family gathering! There was plenty of parking and the house/property is private, yet close to grocery and other stores. Everyone that came, absolutely loved it - could not stop talking about how nice it was to have the yard set up the way it is along the lake with the fire pit and plenty of chairs we could all spread out and just enjoy our time together, perfect! One of my aunt's even claims she was at this exact same property 60 years ago!? We enjoyed fishing for large mouth bass, caught a few big ones, and the calls from the loons were very soothing. The lake being shallow with a sandy bottom was also very good for the younger kids, they did not stop swimming! We would visit again for sure, Thank you!"

The ease of communication with the owner, the proximity to what you need, and the beautiful location make it a repeat vacation for us." - "Idyllic location on the pond with wonderful hosts!" - "We enjoyed our week at 'Camp Pickles'. We were very comfortable in the cottage and had lots of fun on the lake. Our dogs learned to swim from the shore and even wanted to fetch and explore. It was fun taking out the kayaks and paddleboat, hanging out on the dock and swimming to the swim dock. Everything in the cottage kitchen was clean, well-organized and in great condition. We had all we needed. The rooms were full of nooks where people could sit together, watch tv, dine or read and check in at work. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. In the evenings we enjoyed the campfire. One evening we had a wonderful dinner at Zorvino's winery. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay wonderful."

Plenty of space at Linden Cottage. Built circa 1840. Restored and modernized 2019-24. Home is a Greek Revival, New England style farmhouse with attached barn. Nestled in old Plaistow Village, in a safe, secure location near town hall and police station. Property has two connected, separate homes, and a large barn. Your accommodations are fully furnished. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. 40 minutes to Boston. 20 minutes to Seacoast Beaches. A calming, spacious environment to unwind and be your best self.

This home is a historical preservation award winner. The exterior has been thoughtfully restored to its original condition, while the interior was completely redesigned and renovated to highlight antique charm, while also creating a modern, comfortable, energy efficient space.

The property has two separate homes that are connected by a 10 foot wall. The front home is a fully furnished rental. The rear home is owner occupied. There is minimal to zero noise transference from home to home.

We like to be flexible in how guests can use the space. Check-in is anytime after 3 pm. Base nightly rates are for parties of 6 or less. Add $25 per night for both guests #7 and #8. Dogs are welcome with a $50 canine guest fee. We can also provide a crate for your dog, if you need to leave an unsupervised dog in the home. Parking is very spacious for 2 cars, slightly tight for 3 cars, and quite tight for 4 cars.

The house is rich with antique and historical character and makes for a very nice sleep, but don't confuse it with new construction. The floors creak and will never be level, and it's one of those projects where there are unfinished details, some of which may never be completed.

Also beware, there is noise. The property is 5 doors down from the police station, and 2 blocks over from the train tracks. You will hear police and fire sirens from time to time, and the Northeast Amtrak rolls through the village daily. Traffic can be moderate during certain times of the week.

Over the next two years, there are additional projects that will be completed on the barns, landscaping and rear house. Because contractors are busy, and construction is weather dependent, we can't dictate exactly which days, and which times there will be workman on site. If we have construction underway during your stay, please make us aware if this is a problem for your so we can make additional accommodations.

The plants, and crystals, gnomes, and cute decorative ladybugs etc. were what my sons girlfriend was referencing. They are just like my style, and I loved every cute decoration that was found around the house. In every room you could find a positive affirmation, an informative piece of historical information, area info, local menus and amenities that were beyond generous. The beds were comfortable, and linens clean & soft. We did not have any issues with noise. My only complaint is that we were only there for a short weekend stay. If we are ever in the area again I would love to stay at Linden cottage again. I actually recommended it to a friend who is interested in booking a yoga retreat. Mostly because that would give me an excuse to go back & hopefully the weather would be nicer to enjoy the outdoor offerings, or walk in the old burying ground across the street. Even with the rainy weather though we were able to enjoy family time birdwatching from the dining room full of amazing plants, watching movies & playing card games. I am certain there is more, like the cute hidden tunnel but I’m out of characters TY"

Sit on the deck overlooking the water and the passing kayakers, or take a dip in the lake from one of two private docks. In the Winter, the lake is a great place for ice skating, ice fishing or just talking a brisk Winter walk when the lake freezes over.

The house is on lake front property in a safe residential and recreational neighborhood. Guests have exclusive access to a small private beach and dock. The house has beautiful views of Angle Pond from the kitchen, living room, and the 3 season covered porch. The lake is just a few seconds walk from the house.

There is a wooded private hiking trail, and a private back yard where you can hear the Pileated Woodpecker and see other colorful New England birds. It is an ideal safe place to enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, relax reading a book, eat at nearby restaurants, or explore New Hampshire beaches/mountains. The house is a half hour away from Boston Regional airport in Manchester NH, and an hour away from Logan airport in Boston MA.

The house has two bedrooms with capacity for 4 guests. There is an open concept kitchen, living and dinning area with high ceilings, one full bath, and a three season covered porch. There is free parking space for up to two cars.

The house is not a cabin. Guests may use the entire house for a minimum of 5 nights.

Swimming and water sports/activities are at your own risk. Bring your own canoe or kayak, and life jackets. The boat driver must have a boating license.

- "This house was the perfect place for eight of our family members to stay the week before our daughter’s wedding at LaBelle Winery. I was so impressed with all the room and especially with the huge amount of seating inside and out. Beautiful location on Angle Pond!" - "Our group (5 kids, 4 adults) had a great time here. Everyone loved using the kayaks and pedal boat. The water directly in front of the house was a bit weedy for swimming though. The kids went over to the shared dock to do most of their swimming. Anna-Lisa was very responsive to questions that came up during the stay. I wish that we had known in advance, however, about some things that weren't provided so that we could have brought them with us instead of having to go to the store once we were there (there were only enough trash bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels to get us through the first couple of days.)"
