From the bedroom our guests enjoy the view of the Schlei, the Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea. The apartment is high quality and tastefully decorated and offers with two bedrooms and a spacious living area with integrated kitchen and dining table the perfect holiday home for carefree holidays on the water. The apartment Pier51 is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, which was built directly on a jetty and surrounded by water.

The light-filled rooms of the apartment stretch over 83 m². The open-plan living space has a comfortable sofa with armchairs and offers beautiful panoramic views of the resort's harbor. The spacious living area is a great center for a family holiday. Die Anlage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren an der Ostsee. Auch für Urlaub mit Kindern ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Das Hafenbecken ist sicher abgezäunt, Freizeitpark und Schwimmbad sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

With its large and partly covered terrace in south-west orientation, it provides the perfect setting not only for breakfast at sunrise, but also for dinner at sunset. We offer here a cozy, bright apartment in the attic. It can be reached via an external staircase. The apartment has next to the living room with fully equipped kitchen area two double bedrooms and two shower rooms. All rooms of the apartment have windows and therefore daylight.

The apartment was renovated in 2013 and is constantly kept in good condition. U. a. In the kitchen a ceramic hob and a dishwasher were installed.

- "Kap Mar 3 ist eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir jemals gemietet haben. Die Buchung verlief schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Am Anreisetag war unser Wohnungsschlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox mit Zahlencode deponiert. Alles bestens organisiert und vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum. Wunderschön maritim eingerichtet und es ist wirklich nahezu alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Ob eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Backofen, Mikrowelle und zwei Kaffeemaschinen. Dazu hochwertiges Geschirr, Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee und vieles mehr, man muss eigentlich kaum etwas mitbringen. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem großen und zwei kleinen Betten, allesamt sehr bequem. Das Bad hat sogar eine Infrarotsauna, die wir aber bei diesem tollen Wetter wohl nicht nutzen werden. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Flachbildfernseher und sogar eine PS4 mit Spielen. Auch ein Kamin ist vorhanden. Auf dem sehr großen Balkon gibt es einen großen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen, einen Sonnenschirm und sogar einen elektrischen Weber-Grill. Ein Parkplatz ist ebenfalls direkt vorm Haus. Die Ferienwohnung ist sicherlich nichts für einen schmalen Geldbeutel aber absolut jeden Cent wert. Wir sind wirklich begeistert!"

The houseboat is built on a pontoon and can be easily reached via a jetty.
Thanks to its unique construction, the house lies quietly on the water, but it has no motor and therefore cannot be moved out of Olpenitz. But who would like that with the fantastic location!

- "Traumhaft mit Zugang direkt zur Ostsee" - "Das Haus Meerzeit ist toll gelegen, mit schönem Blick, sehe schöner Terrasse und Steg mit direktem Wasserzugang. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die die Küche, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Leider sind alle Fliegengitter an den Fenstern defekt und lassen sich nicht schließen oder sind gar nicht vorhanden. Hier müsste dringend repariert werden. Sonst funktioniert alles super. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Meerzeit war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig."

Our completed in September 2018 apartment "The WAVE" is located on the first floor of a small apartment building, right on the waterfront on the north pier in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz.

The apartment is equipped with a large living room with dining area and a high quality kitchen, a large balcony with sea view, two bedrooms and a luxurious spa bath.

Park directly in front of the front door and take the elevator to the 1. Drive upstairs. The luxury flair of the apartment catches our guests already upon entering the apartment with the welcome by Italian designer tiles.

From the hallway, our guests enter the open plan living area, which makes every holidaymaker's heart beat faster with its high-quality furnishings, the amenities tailored to the sea and the large, floor-to-ceiling panoramic glass frontage.

When cooking with high-quality branded appliances and many accessories (u.
