I was fortunate to be there during a very low tourist season so we had easy access to all spa amenities at all times without a wait. Be careful about which Pupp property your room is in. The Riverside and Parkside facilities are all connected but the Quisisnana property is across a river. When we arrived we found out we were in Quisisnana and payed an extra 50 Euro a night to upgrade to riverside - well worth it as our frequent spa trips would have been much more difficult.
