This small stone cottage, recently constructed respecting true Provençal traditions, welcomes you to the delicious small village of Saint André de Roquepertuis.
The construction will be complete by early June, at the same time when the pool will be filled. Surrounded by rosemary and oleanders, on a large 3000m2 lot, the cottage is located outside of the village in a peaceful location where only the crickets come to bother you. Shaded terrace, an 8m X 2m “endless lap pool”; ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples.
As early as mid-June, date of the end of the construction, we will provide many photos of the interior of the loft style house, which has large spaces that take advantage of the light and a very large bay window that directly overlooks the swimming pool or the evening sunset.

- "Beautiful house in a small town with a lot of nice people. We liked that there are different kinds of coffee machines. You can make your favorite coffee for sure. The place looks better then on the pictures. We loved everything about it and we even used the pool in november. That was a bit cold ;-)" - "We had a very lovely stay. The house was very well equiped and modern compared to others in the region. The full fence & good oversight from the terrace has allowed us to let the dog run around without issue. It’s only a short (minutes) drive from a small supermarket, bakery & good restaurants. There’s no immediate necessity to drive longer distances which made us happy. Virginie & her husband were very quick to respond to any messages & checkin only took a couple of minutes which was nice. Having a lower car does require a little bit of angling to drive in/out of the driveway but regular cars will not have any issues here. We did have a fantastic 2 weeks & we are definitely looking forward to stay there again. A point of feedback; the loungebeds from the pictures were not all present, which we found a little dissappointing as the others were a bit rougher to sit on. But plenty of seats are available to lounge so we were pleased anyway. A suggestion; Perhaps an extra parasol base would be a nice to have as there are multiple available at the house. "
