Rooms are what you expect, although our room was way too warm and even we couldn't regulate the temperature satisfactorily. Not sure what was going on, but the thermostat was not responding. - "We booked this accommodation for 4 adults and 3 children, but there were only sleeping places and breakfast provided for 6 people. This was already unacceptable, but it gets worse: the place was also dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We tried to contact the host multiple times in every possible way, but received no response at all. We were left in a very stressful and uncomfortable situation with a family of seven and no proper place to sleep. This is absolutely not what we paid for, and the lack of communication made it even worse. We expected at least a prompt solution, but the silence says enough. We are requesting a serious refund or compensation and would absolutely not recommend this property to others."
