The apartments and complex are generally in need of some cosmetic updating and refreshing but they are adequately equipped. There is no air-con but fans are provided in each room. The location is exceptional, close to the beautiful lake and the small selection of excellent bars and restaurants along the front. The public pool is wonderful and just next door. Overall we were very happy with our stay once we moved apartments. Nancy was also very helpful assisting us with the laundry room. "

Aix & the lake were both great for holidays with lots of outdoor activities, places to visit, restaurants. We particularly enjoyed canoing, air-display, the abbey, Chinaz, Annecy, the Port at Aix. Only minor quibbles are that a) it was slightly difficult to pay for the appartment by bank transfer - use of debit card would be easier, b) the restaurants seemed a little expensive compared to England & c) Brison needs a good shop & a restaurant. The only shop in the village sold only bread & the restaurant was closed most of the time. If I win the Lottery I will gladly open a 24/7 shop & cafe and make a large fortune. Kind regards Myles "
