The apartment is extensively newly renovated, the walls with natural wood from the Tegernsee region, designer lamps, furs, a lot of carpentry, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, large fridge, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hallway with large built-in closet. Everything has its own lighting concept, from daylight to romantic. A small terrace where you can drink a glass of wine in the morning cafe and in the evening, comfortably and with a view of the piste bulls that prepare the slopes at night in winter. The surroundings are quiet, outside the house there is a small playground which was extensively used by our child. Very well equipped supermarket can be reached by foot in 10-15 minutes (just few minutes by car). The Bavarian Alps are really beautiful, the whole region is simply fantastic. The chalet was so well finished, with a lovely smell of wood, and though small had everything we needed. Our guest house, a former farm, mentioned in a document in 1604, lies in the middle of its own meadows. We have furnished all rooms comfortably and comfortably for you with great attention to detail. You can also reserve breakfast on request. The comfortable beds are suitable for allergy sufferers. When the weather is nice, we serve it to you on our sun terrace, otherwise in the cozy breakfast rooms by the tiled stove. We are a member of the herbal hosts "Tölzer Land" and pay great attention to natural quality such as fresh tea from our own herb garden, eggs from our own chickens, homemade jam, freshly baked bread from our village bakery delivery service!
