Totally safe, quiet, right off 99. Down the street from the whole Walmart shopping type area . And still at the low motel 6 type price. Still pet friendly!!!! The place offers great privacy, and all amenities you would need for a short or long stay. The property is well maintained everything looks new. The casita my partner and I stayed in was adjacent to the chicken coop which was very funny to watch, but you will not have to worry about noise or smell at all if that is of any concern. The living room windows face the sunset which is very beautiful to watch from the area in Friant. It was a quiet and peaceful stay with easy and quick communication with the gracious hosts. + A little about our home - we designed it to share a high-end country experience with others, that allows you to get away from it all. A true peaceful oasis where you can recharge, and escape while being surrounded by modern amenities and surreal views.

+ The inside - 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, 4 convertible sofa beds, 1 convertible chair bed. A chef's dream, we have a commercial range with a griddle, great appliances (Instant Pot, air fryer, etc.). 4 TV's all featuring Netflix and Disney Plus, along with gaming consoles (Xbox One with GamePass, and Nintendo). Air purifiers in every room. High speed WiFi with Nest routers, 2 desks in the bedroom, and 1 desk that is Zoom ready with a monitor, webcam, wireless keyboard/mouse, printer, and a ring light.

+ The outside - a true oasis. A pool (solar heated April to October) and spa (heated), surrounded with a child safety gate, and complete with an outdoor shower. Perfect for family gatherings with a BBQ grilling area featuring picnic tables. Plenty to do with lawn games (ladder toss, cornhole) as well as a bocce ball court, and ping pong table. Finally, there is a shaded patio with ceiling fans to stay cool during those warm summer months.

+ The star of the show is the unique view. This property opens up in the back to thousands of acres of open land with clear views of the Sierra Mountains. There is nothing like it. You can star gaze and take in the fresh country air.

+ Please keep in mind this is a country home. There will be dust, dirt, leaves, and occasional bugs. We have pest control and take every precaution to keep bugs away, but you may find an occasional spider or bug.

+ Spa IS heated up to 103 degrees anytime - all year long. Pool IS Solar Heated (mid April through early October) only. Pool temperature cannot be adjusted, and IS NOT guaranteed, but generally ranges 70-86 degrees while solar heated. The solar pool heating runs automatically from 10 am - 3 pm an (if the weather is good), however, if you run the hot tub at the same time, the pool solar WILL NOT work during that time.

Guests can use entire house which includes all bedrooms, bathrooms and backyard. Except the garage is not ready for guest yet. 2 cars parking spaces on the driveway are available for guests. There are 1 closet and 1 pantry these are locked and use for home owner storage only. Farm house on a 70 + acre beautiful property with a almond farm near 99 highway off Avenue 9 in Madera Ranchos. There is ample parking and ability to be indoors or outdoors. Beautiful kitchen and sitting areas. Peaceful, relaxing and a joy. Fifteen minutes from Fresno shopping centers. Short distance to nearby hikes, lakes and shopping.
Currently the farm has pistachio trees around the house which are smaller than the almond trees as those in the pictures.
Absolutely no parties or events. Otherwise you will be charged extra fees.
