There are three bedrooms with queen beds and we also offer a roll in queen bed if youre in need of more sleep accommodations. Everything is fresh and new throughout, including beds, linens, dishes and furniture. We have spared no expense in making sure your stay, whether it be for work or pleasure is nothing less than perfect!
Our home is very family friendly and will definitely keep everyone entertained. Play darts in the outdoor game room or maybe play a little one on one in ping pong. A quiet neighborhood with easy motorway access and shops are close by to stock up on. The house is very clean and kitchen equipped with everything you would need to prepare family meals in. Its spacious enough for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Even the dog was happy with the size of the yard. I would stay here again."

Getting Around:
The attached 3 car garage and large driveway should accommodate any vehicles you have. If you prefer a ride, Uber and Lyft are available. If you are visiting the Sequoias, check out sequoiashuttle.com. Shuttles run from 8am to 6:30pm (May through September).

Located on our private property in the middle of farmland, you have access to the fire pit area, large parking areas (potential for camping), entire tiny home, porch, and rooftop deck. There are two tiny homes on the premises, rent just one or rent them both! The fire pit and bbq/picnic area is shared, but all other amenities are separate.

Guests are welcome to walk around our farm, carefully pick (within reason) or admire veggies in the gardens(seasonal), and pet sheep and other animals.

During June 1st to October 10th, the hot tub is unavailable due to summer temperatures.

The Neighborhood:
There are two tiny homes on the property which can be rented together or separately. The fire pit and bbq grills are shared, but all other amenities are separate. The tiny homes are located in a pasture on an acre ranch west of the town of Tulare. The pasture is home to sheep, cows, horses, a pig, and our trusty dog Pip. There is a main residence on the front of the parcel and the tiny homes are located in the back. Surrounding the tiny homes are miles of fields and orchards, you’re welcome to walk/jog down the dirt lanes.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
$100 pet fee. Two pet maximum. There is a nice, behaved dog on our property, and we ask you only bring nice, behaved dogs.
These tiny homes are on our farm. You will see people working the gardens, feeding the animals, etc.
This is the country, there are sometimes flies and all the smells and sounds of country life.

To bring down the murphy bed, remove the cushions and pillows and place them on the floor in front of the couch. Unhinge the locks and use the handles to bring down the bed carefully. Once down, unsnap the straps and guide them out of the way.

Spa
It takes roughly one hour per degree and a half Fahrenheit to reach desired temperature. if you plan to use it, please set the temperature as soon as you arrive!

- "Pros: communication was great, A/C worked, right off the intersate so was easy to find and check in, smart tvs, internet worked very well, shower pressure was good, had basic necessities, and was spacious. Cons: All towels were visibly dirty with large light to dark brown spots, the pillow cases were yellowed (I ended up going out and buying new pillow cases), the washer does not agitate so clothes came out dirty (this is probably the reason for the dirty towels/linens), the window in the room I slept in was left open so I was woken up by the neighbors in the early morning hours, there was a personal razor hanging up in the shower, the bathroom hand soap might have been just water because it didn’t suds up at all and didn’t smell like soap (I went out and bought some), there were big cobwebs on the kitchen ceiling next to the oven vent which was separating from the wall, and there were other dirty areas. The Space:
Beautifully designed and super convenient, just minutes from the World Ag Expo, a short walk to food, and near the Sequoia National Park! This is a perfect space to get ready for your wedding or celebrate a special milestone. Whether you're looking for a small event space or a place to lay your head for a few nights while in town, this space is perfect for you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, backyard event space, and street parking. Walking distance to The Well Coffee Shop, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Dominos, Zumwalt Park, City Hall, Radiant Tulare, and boutique shops downtown on K street. Because of the park and downtown location, there is a homeless population presence.

The Neighborhood:
Across the street from Zumwalt park near downtown Tulare, the Copper Patch is surrounded by restaurants and businesses. Tulare Union High School is directly behind the property, as well as a local Coffee Shop, "The Well". It's a fast paced, busy neighborhood, especially around lunch time and when students are getting out of school. The park holds events such as "Concerts in the Park", car shows, and other gatherings. The parade route is down Tulare Ave and can be seen from the front porch. The Copper Patch is less than 5 miles from the International Agri-Center and Heritage Complex, home of the World Ag Expo, Rusty Roots Show, and popular wedding venues.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed but there is NO GRASS, only artificial turf, and there are spaces in the fence where dogs can easily get out. "Sneaking" animals onto the property will result in the appropriate pet fees.

The home is located across from the park, flower shop, restaurants, police station, city hall, and more commercial buildings. It is not located in a residential area.
There is an additional guest fee of $20/person/night after the amount of 4 guests.

- "This is a great house in a great location. It’s clean and quiet and plenty of room. I’ll be back!" - "Nice house and enjoyed all that it offered. The A/C was extremely underpowered and made the stay while at the house uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but lacking some basics like salt and pepper, containers were in the cabinet but not filled (empty). Not a show stopper, but recommend a better quality coffee, Folgers and Maxwell House were either old or just not up to par, this may be my preference, so can't complain against the overall quality of the stay."

Located near the heart of Tulare this affordable home is very close to the International Ag Show (the Agri-Center and Heritage Complex), Tulare hospital, and nightlife in all surrounding cities, Visalia’s downtown Main Street in particular. Close to Sequoia National Park, this hidden gem is a popular destination for day-trippers, a safe and comfortable home base with a bathtub for after long hikes!
The home has not been recently renovated and has older finishes and furnishings.

House Rules

1. Check In
Check in instructions will be sent out 48 hours prior to check in. We currently cannot accommodate early check ins. Please respect check in and check out times. Late checkouts will incur a $50/30 minutes. Please check out on time!

2. Ensure that all guests are included in the reservation, and kindly adhere to the maximum occupancy limit by refraining from exceeding the allowed number of overnight guests. Please note that a guest fee of $20 per person per night will be automatically applied to your reservation request for any additional guests beyond the initial two.

3. No Parties or Smoking Allowed
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, and it is illegal to tamper with or remove smoke detectors. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please ensure that cigarette butts are disposed of properly. It is crucial to note that the property is located in a high fire risk area, and therefore, utmost caution must be exercised. Furthermore, this property strictly prohibits parties or large, noisy gatherings. Engaging in activities such as playing loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, and similar behaviors will result in a party fine of $1,000. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 7am.

4. Kindly tidy up after yourself when utilizing the outdoor spaces to prevent attracting animals, please ensure that no food or trash is left unattended on the grill or in the outdoor area. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the surroundings clean and safe. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment. Thank you!

The Neighborhood:
Sequoia Bungalow is nestled in a tranquil residential area with a convenient location near downtown Tulare. Walk to restaurants or to the Tulare Adventist Hospital if you are a traveling nurse!

We recommend moving around in your own vehicle but the area is also walkable!

The Space:
Complete with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, outdoor grill, and rooftop deck. We offer free WiFi, parking, tv, and recommendations for local entertainment. Pets welcome! ($100 pet fee for 2 pets max.) Wake up to the array of farm animals in the surrounding pasture, stroll around the gardens and down the dirt road, and relax around the fire pit or rooftop deck to watch the sunset. True country living!

Located on our private property in the middle of farmland, you have access to the fire pit area, large parking areas (potential for camping), entire tiny home, porch, and rooftop deck. There are two tiny homes on the premises, rent just one or rent them both! The fire pit and bbq are shared, but all other amenities are separate. You can also take a morning or evening run around the farmland.

During June 1st to October 10th, the hot tub is unavailable due to summer temperatures.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the whole tiny home, the "shared amenities" including the fire pit, picnic area, gardens, and surrounding areas. Guests are welcome to walk around the corals to view and pet the farm animals.

The Neighborhood:
There are two tiny homes on the property which can be rented together or separately. The fire pit and bbq grills are shared, but all other amenities are separate. The tiny homes are located in a pasture on an acre ranch west of the town of Tulare. The pasture is home to sheep, cows, horses, a pig, and our trusty dog Charlie. There is a main residence on the front of the parcel and the tiny homes are located in the back. Surrounding the tiny homes are miles of fields and orchards, you’re welcome to walk/jog down the dirt lanes.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
There are farm animals in corals around the tiny homes! You are welcome to view and pet the animals.
If you need help getting a fire started and we're around, we're glad to get it going for you!

To bring down the murphy bed, remove the cushions and pillows and place them on the floor in front of the couch. Unhinge the locks and use the handles to bring down the bed carefully. Once down, unsnap the straps and guide them out of the way.

$100 pet fee. Two pet maximum. There is a nice, behaved dog on our property, and we ask you only bring nice, behaved dogs.
These tiny homes are on our farm. You will see people working the gardens, feeding the animals, etc.
This is the country, there are sometimes flies and all the smells and sounds of country life.

Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a 4K Roku TV, providing access to complimentary Netflix and other streaming platforms.

The living room and dining area offer ample space for relaxation and shared meals. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, slow cooker, rice maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, along with all the pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you might need. We've included kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar, ensuring your culinary adventures are a breeze. Coffee and tea are also readily available.

For families traveling with infants, we provide a Pack 'n Play Playard, high chair, and baby rocker making your stay comfortable for all.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire place, including the 3-car garage, with the exception of some closets used for storage.

Other things to Note:
- The pool is not heated. Only the Hot Tub can be heated for an additional charge of $60 per night for up to 5 hours (you must pay in advance). Hot Tub is turned ON remotely and coordination for time of usage is required. Hours of operation are 9am-9pm

- If you are a local in the area, don’t book without first contacting me.

- In order to maintain the pool water cleaned and sanitized during stay, the pool guy might be there during your stay to service the pool.

- Yard cleanup day is usually on Thursdays but can change due to gardener availability. The gardener will be there some time between 10am-3pm to clean the front and back yard.
