You are looking at a studio located in the quiet neighborhood of Paseo Del Lago in Tulare, CA. The studio is complete with a full-sized bed, bathroom, a mini kitchenette, and private entrance. WiFi and parking is included and the Del Lago Community Park is nearby. Location is also next to the Tulare Outlet, which includes your favorite stores to go shopping! Right off the 99 freeway, 5 miles away from the World Ag Expo, 40 miles away from Sequoia, and 8 miles away from downtown Visalia.

This one bedroom place is located behind my garage you enter through the gate in the left side of the house (next to the garage) then walk all the way down to the shed make a right and the studio will be on the right side door, complete with a queen sized bed, bathroom, kitchen and private entrance. Location is also close to the Tulare Outlet, which includes your favorite stores to go shopping! Restaurants, Sequoia National Park is 40 miles away & the 99 freeway 5 miles away.

The Space:
Complete with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, outdoor grill, and rooftop deck. We offer free WiFi, parking, tv, and recommendations for local entertainment. Pets welcome! ($100 pet fee for 2 pets max.) Wake up to the array of farm animals in the surrounding pasture, stroll around the gardens and down the dirt road, and relax around the fire pit or rooftop deck to watch the sunset. True country living!

Located on our private property in the middle of farmland, you have access to the fire pit area, large parking areas (potential for camping), entire tiny home, porch, and rooftop deck. There are two tiny homes on the premises, rent just one or rent them both! The fire pit and bbq are shared, but all other amenities are separate. You can also take a morning or evening run around the farmland.

During June 1st to October 10th, the hot tub is unavailable due to summer temperatures.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the whole tiny home, the "shared amenities" including the fire pit, picnic area, gardens, and surrounding areas. Guests are welcome to walk around the corals to view and pet the farm animals.

The Neighborhood:
There are two tiny homes on the property which can be rented together or separately. The fire pit and bbq grills are shared, but all other amenities are separate. The tiny homes are located in a pasture on an acre ranch west of the town of Tulare. The pasture is home to sheep, cows, horses, a pig, and our trusty dog Charlie. There is a main residence on the front of the parcel and the tiny homes are located in the back. Surrounding the tiny homes are miles of fields and orchards, you’re welcome to walk/jog down the dirt lanes.

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
There are farm animals in corals around the tiny homes! You are welcome to view and pet the animals.
If you need help getting a fire started and we're around, we're glad to get it going for you!

To bring down the murphy bed, remove the cushions and pillows and place them on the floor in front of the couch. Unhinge the locks and use the handles to bring down the bed carefully. Once down, unsnap the straps and guide them out of the way.

$100 pet fee. Two pet maximum. There is a nice, behaved dog on our property, and we ask you only bring nice, behaved dogs.
These tiny homes are on our farm. You will see people working the gardens, feeding the animals, etc.
This is the country, there are sometimes flies and all the smells and sounds of country life.

The space
Our 2 bedroom 1 bath is an ideal spot to stay while visiting Tulare, Visalia or the surrounding farming area or Sequoia National Park. Conveniently located off the Prosperity Blackstone exit adjoining highway 99, access to the surrounding shopping, restaurants and recreation areas is always nearby.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy accessing WIFI to surf the internet, receive email, or streaming services the guest subscribes to. A parking spot is available but the garage not accessable.

Other things to note
We asked that guests do not have any parties and that noise from the hours of 8 PM and 8 AM must be kept quiet at all times.
