I booked an executive room with Sea-view ( that according to them sleeps 3) when I got there the room had one bed, then they brought another single bed for my son but they wanted to charge an extra thirty dollars extra per day. They waved the fee after a long arguments and a prove that I had booked and confirmed and fully paid for the room for 3 people. Next few days, the cleaning crew kept leaving only one towel in the shower, so I would have to place multiple calls to the reception to have them bring more towels which they eventually bring them after an hour and half later. These things are not expected from a 4 start hotel staff but as I said the staff need training on how to treat clients and to make them comfortable. Just a smile will do !! "
