Unit Layout
You will have a 4-room terraced house that spans 110 square meters across two levels, designed with bright and cozy furnishings. The living/sleeping room features a sliding door, panoramic window, a Scandinavian wood stove, and a dining table. It also provides access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on the main floor. Upstairs, you'll find a large double bedroom with a panoramic window and access to the balcony. Another double bedroom comes with satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). The third room is a small one without a wardrobe, but it has a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). The upper floor also houses a bathroom with a shower, separate WC, double hand-basin, and a hydro massage bathtub. The floors are made of parquet throughout the property.

The unit is equipped with various amenities to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and complimentary logs for the fireplace. Wi-Fi internet and a memory stick are provided free of charge. A reserved parking space (garage space n 13) and an e-charging station are available on the premises. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. There is a private mooring and a private entrance, along with a smoke alarm for your safety.

The top modern house, furnished with designer furniture, has around 120m² of living space, spread over 2 floors. On the lower floor there is a spacious, open, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with TV and a bathroom with shower.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms and another large family bathroom with a bathtub and shower, ensuring that every guest can relax and unwind. A small work area with exit to a balcony and a view over Lake Neusiedl can also be found in one of the bedrooms.

On the ground floor there is a terrace surrounding the house with a barbecue, sun loungers, outdoor shower and boat dock.

Two parking spaces directly at the accommodation are also included.

We offer self check-in with a key box so that our guests can check in as flexibly as possible.

In addition to the accommodation, we provide you with 2 bicycles to explore the beautiful surroundings around Lake Neusiedl.

Around the accommodation there are delicious restaurants, docks for boats and not to forget: Lake Neusiedl.
