- "First impression is everything. The front door was white but covered in rust. When you got inside there was rust on all the faucets including in the shower. There was no coffee maker. The view is lovely from the balcony. Bed in the master bedroom was extremely small. It truly is a double bed so if you are 6 feet tall your feet hang off the end. According to photos I was booking hotel after paying discovered it was not hotel but an apartment no where near hotel with separate checking in reception miles away, no correlation to photos on booking site at all. lucky we had hired car or it would have not have been feasible to continue with checking in. After checking in we had poor instructions on where our apartment was located, parking facility space 49 was no where to be found,there was 48 & 50 but no 49 - no one to help us, left to our own devices will never use Apartmentos 3000 again. They need to be told to put correct instructions and photos on booking site as they were very misleading we were looking for hotel not apartment - the whole experience was a fiasco from beginning to end and took nearly 4 hours to complete - a complete joke - what do you think?"
