Welcome to Ourense.
It´s located among the old town, in a perfect situation. Only two minutes walking from the Cathedral and “vinos” zone ( snacks and amusement), from the hot spring pool (thermal pool) “As Burgas” and from the “Plaza Mayor” where the little train to all the free hot springs in town ( A Chavasqueira, O Muiño da Veiga e Outariz) has its main stop. You can enjoy too the great paying thermal spa next to the river.
But the flat is in a peaceful and quite street where you can rest without problems. The cloister of San Francisco is just 10 minutes walking, as is the Plaza de Abastos (Local Market) and the main shopping streets. Parking 8 euros.

El alojamiento
Está situado en pleno casco histórico de Ourense, con una ubicación perfecta. A tan sólo 2 minutos caminando a la Catedral, a 2 minutos a pié de las piscinas termales de “As Burgas” y de la Plaza Mayor, de donde sale el tren turístico que nos lleva a todas las termas gratuitas que hay en la ciudad (A Chavasqueira, O Muiño da Veiga e Outariz, donde también podéis disfrutar de su balneario de pago) y a 2 minutos también de la zona de los vinos, zona de tapeo y de ocio nocturno; pero en una calle tranquila y silenciosa para asegurar el descanso. El claustro de San Francisco está a unos escasos 10 minutos al igual que la plaza de abastos y de las principales calles de compras.
La zona cuenta con dos supermercados próximos, Eroski y Carrefour Market y un gran parque infantil con columpios y animales exóticos.
Para recorrer la ciudad el coche no os hará falta (está todo muy cerca). El casco antiguo es peatonal, pero en los alrededores hay zonas de aparcamiento libre, plazas de zona azul (funciona de lunes a sábado por la mañana) y plaza de parking por 8My accommodation is good for couples, families and business travel euros .
