Just a few meters from the house is the Munich-Venice long-distance cycle path, which is ideal for walking, cycling or running. The hiking trail to the Rifugio Antelao starts right behind the house. The Calalzo lake is a great place to relax and watch the anglers go no-kill fishing. In winter, Cortina d'Ampezzo and Lake Misurina are ideal for alpine or cross-country skiing.

There is also plenty on offer for those interested in culture: for example, a walk to the birthplace of the great painter Titian in Pieve di Cadore or to the eyewear museum (the Cadore Valley is famous for its eyewear factories.
