The chef in particular would come up with drinks & snacks as we returned from a full day of activities. The rooms were private & the grounds were naturally lush. The rains did come in the late afternoons and the trekking was a little muddy, but I think it is likely the best time to gorilla trek and/or look for the golden monkeys. WiFi was available in the main area and in our room. The staff is kind, welcoming and attentive to every detail. All meals were absolutely wonderful. We were surprised by daily massages being included, and they were extremely appreciated after all the walking. Upon our return from daily activities, staff cleaned our hiking boots until they looked better than new.
