They gave us extra blankets and the sleeping temperature was perfect…but with no heat you either wanted to be in bed under the covers or out walking or in a restaurant WITH heat!! Would we stay here again? Yes! We loved it. The only issue was heat, and when San Cristobal is rarely COLD, they basically do not need it. But it certainly wouldn’t hurt to have a few space heaters. - "Great spot" - "Overall, the hotel is very pretty and within walking distance of pretty much everything. We were right next to a departure point for the tours we took and the staff in the hotel were very nice. We were able to check in early and check out a little bit late without issues. The only things we didn't like were that the fridge in our room was not working and the WiFi in the hotel could be spotty at times. Also, there were a few days were we didn't have hot water. None the less, we had a very pleasant time. "
