The reception staff did not seem to understand well, one receptionist was (?texting) on her phone before the guest had left the desk. The older dining room staff were very friendly but the younger ones were barely civil. The pool staff were also unfriendly. For most of our stay the elevator wasn’t working. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The housekeeping staff were great. Unfortunately we were here in the middle of December and there was not much to see or do.
