The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel were impressive. I absolutely recommend staying here because I know I definitely will next time I'm in Sopot. Tired about everything we give up and went to an other place to get some food. Back at the hotel there was a very kind girl at reception apologising for the inconvenience and said that the cost of the breakfast will be returned so we went to the room to pack our stuff to leave.Once back the girl says no refund because the place was open, I showed her my calls to the place and she said:”they were open” "

In each room there are multiple guests for which you have to share the bathroom, kitchen, the hall, any any amenity such as the iron. The bathroom gets dirty easily with so many guests in the flat. Guests arrive after mid night and you could hear every single step they do in the flat because of the old wooden floor. Not recommended at all. "

- "We spent almost a week in the Deluxe Apartment with 2 Bedrooms and Kitchenette. The property was spacious and nicely remodeled. The location - to die for. Unfortunately the lack of a basic ventilation in the whole apartment gave us a hard time. The worse part of it: the smelly bathroom with obvious signs of mold building up in the shower area. - "Unfortunately, I never got to see the hotel. As I was here on business and my meetings finished each day late, I was expecting to be able to check in late. 930pm I tried on the 2nd day. The hotel advertise a late check in, but they messaged me to say they wouldn't be able to give me a late check in and that I would have to come before 8pm or not come at all. Unfortunately my train arrived at 9. Not only is this false advertising and thus, I had to book another hotel for both nights, they then stated that I did not deserve a refund. - "Definitely an overpriced room. I thought I was booking an apartment, so I naturally expected a private bathroom.For this price, you can absolutely find much nicer rooms with a private bathroom. (I rent in Sopot like three times each year, so I have some experience.) I can't speak for all four rooms, but if you end up in room no. 1, I feel sorry for you. It’s located right by the main staircase and entrance door, so you hear absolutely everyone entering and leaving the building, including the door constantly slamming. The walls are "thin" or give echo—you can hear your neighbors both in their rooms and the shared bathroom. I was “lucky” to share with a family with small kids. There was a few more tings but i will stop here. I recommend researching more carefully before booking here."
