In each room there are multiple guests for which you have to share the bathroom, kitchen, the hall, any any amenity such as the iron. The bathroom gets dirty easily with so many guests in the flat. - "Unfortunately, I never got to see the hotel. As I was here on business and my meetings finished each day late, I was expecting to be able to check in late. 930pm I tried on the 2nd day. The hotel advertise a late check in, but they messaged me to say they wouldn't be able to give me a late check in and that I would have to come before 8pm or not come at all. Unfortunately my train arrived at 9. Not only is this false advertising and thus, I had to book another hotel for both nights, they then stated that I did not deserve a refund. - "Definitely an overpriced room. I thought I was booking an apartment, so I naturally expected a private bathroom.For this price, you can absolutely find much nicer rooms with a private bathroom. (I rent in Sopot like three times each year, so I have some experience.) I can't speak for all four rooms, but if you end up in room no. 1, I feel sorry for you. It’s located right by the main staircase and entrance door, so you hear absolutely everyone entering and leaving the building, including the door constantly slamming. The walls are "thin" or give echo—you can hear your neighbors both in their rooms and the shared bathroom. I was “lucky” to share with a family with small kids. There was a few more tings but i will stop here. I recommend researching more carefully before booking here."

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building, at the intersection of Podjazd z Niepodległości Street, in a tenement house entered in the Register of Monuments. Windows overlook the garden from the apartment. Free parking along Andersa Street. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. We have 3 guest rooms to offer with a shared bathroom, in a large apartment located on the second floor of a tenement house. The house is located in the very center of Sopot, at the railway station. Monte Cassino is a 2-minute walk away, and the beach is 8 minutes away. The room shown in the above offer is a room with a separate entrance, for 2 to 4 people.

The space
In the apartment on the second floor, in the common corridor there are 3 rooms for rent, the room that I propose in this offer has a separate entrance from the staircase, it can sleep from 2 to 4 people. There is a mezzanine for 2 people on the elevation and 2 single beds at the floor level.
The second room enters from a shared hallway, it consists of two small rooms, the first one has 2 single beds, and in the second part of the room on the elevation there is a cozy mezzanine with a double mattress.
The third of the rooms is not a large double room and in it a common so-called double bed.

Guest access
Each room has a cable TV, a refrigerator, a wireless kettle, plates, glasses, and silverware. A microwave and a single burner stove, an iron, a dryer are available.

Sopot Studio Deluxe is an ideal place to spend a few days in Sopot. The apartment is located on a quiet street of Sopot, 5 minutes away from the beach and 15 from the Main Street. Close by you will find a grocery store, bakery, post office, a bank, several restaurants, pizza places and pubs, as well as kids bookstore and an eco playground.

The space
My studio is fully equipped.
The kitchen has all necessities, such as an oven, coffee machine, toster and a kettle.
In our bathroom you will find toilet paper, towels, hand soap and a hairdryer. You can use a bathtub with shower option.
Guest can use a washing machine (washing liquid available), as well as an iron and ironing board.
There is a NEW MATTRESS on the bed. If needed you can find extra blankets in the closet.
