As they are new, the name and location was unknown to others working in tourism, which made it a little difficult to find by taxi. Arranging transfer with them is therefore recommended. I was not able to pay by card - but this seemed to be a local context problem rather than the hotels problem/fault (this was the case at many spots in Vic Falls, where the systems were down) - so come with cash (that you bring into the country as it may be difficult to get within the country). The lodge and tented suites are absolutely beautiful, as are the views of the Zambezi river and the surroundings. The staff were all so warm, welcoming and attentive. We couldve have a proper breakfast before our safari if we knew this. The drinks were great and the service was amazing. The view of drinks and meals of the animals at the watering hole was mind blowing - we saw elephants, giraffes and buffalos. The restaurant helped us booked majority of our activities which we couldn't appreciate them more for this."
