There was a large hole in the ceiling presumably from a roof leak, it was furnished very sparsely and dated. The host explained that the kitchen cupboards were pulled out as they were being treated for termites! All around the kitchen was powder treating the termite problem. The kitchen units had multiple electrical power Extensions full of adaptors which we viewed as unsafe. The property was a challenge to find as the whole area is called ,"Breezes" and GPS took us to incorrect location. We eventually located the property much further along the road and up a steep gradient of what was left of a road with huge potholes. We only had a small hire car and were very worried about damage to the car on this piece of road to the property. The host confirmed there was no other way to get to her property. The host gave us her phone number as her contact. She also informed us that phone signal had been down for couple days. On leaving the property after 10mins looking, we then decided not to stay even one night due to our serious concerns. We tried to phone the host on the number she provided only to realise she had missed out one digit when she typed her number into my phone. We were not about to risk driving the treacherous piece of road back to the property to inform her. "
