The house is located in a very quiet residential area and has stunning views across the city from the front of the property. Although quite remote from the city centre the taxi services in Budapest are excellent and as such this was never an issue. The house is very well provided before and there is more than ample space for large groups to be together or indeed find your own space. The swimming pool and hot tub were certainly big hits with our kids and kept them entertained when we weren't at the festival or looking round the stunning city of Budapest. Would highly recommend the Hungarian BBQ that the hosts can provide, we had that on our last night and it was fantastic. All our group had a tremendous holiday and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property."

On the ground floor you can find an 40 square meter wellnes area connected directly to the garden. On the garden you can find the heated outdoor swimming pool. The temperature of the water at least 27 Celsius degree. You can used it between 01 MAY- 30 SEPTEMBER. You can rest beside the pool on pallet furniture.
In the outdoor jacuzzi can relax 4 people at same time. It is open all year. The temperature is about 35 Celsius degree. Also on this floor has a small GYM shower and a toilette. On the first floor there is a huge teracce connected to the living-room, diner for 6, kitchen with modern machines, 1 bedroom with double bed (180X200) and a bathroom with shower. If you are more than eight, the rest of you can sleep in the living room on a huge sofa.)

The Villa Giulietta Budapest is over 100 years old and is located in a unique part of the suburbs of Budapest. In 1890, wealthy citizens living in the city centre created Ómátyásföld, where villas had been built under strict rules and used as summer residences close to the city centre.
Villa Giulietta Budapest is one of these villas. The first owner was a wealthy horse dealer of Italian origin who built the property primarily for his daughter. The name Villa Giulietta is a tribute to them.
The villa was hit during the Second World War, and traces of the hit can still be seen on the roof of the building. The interior layout is as it was originally, which has been completely renovated a few years ago.

On the first floor there is a huge teracce connected to the living-room, diner for 8 (but we can provide an additional table for larger compnies), full equipment kitchen with modern machines, 1 bedroom with double bed (180X200) with A.C. and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor you can find three bedrooms with double beds (160/180x200) and a bathroom. All bedrooms have A.C (One of room is a child room, where your children find toys.) If you more than eight, 2 people can sleep on our sofa in the living-room.
